I know this has been discussed before but want to get the latest opinion.

 

1) What tyres would you recommend for a Spec III CB400? Still the Michelin Pilot Road 2, or perhaps others?

(as a side point, why is the Pilot Road 3 not available in Singapore?)

 

2) Which shop would you recommend to get the tyres?

 

3) How much would you expect to pay?

I saw that it was not on the Michelin Singapore site, but was on the European one, so assumed it wasn't available. I guess where there's a will there's a way!

Yeah saw road 3 too but only class 2 tire size.. :/

Hi im riding a spec 1. I laid up my bike because i went overseas. But i forgot to give my key to anyone to warm it up while i was away. Now after 1+ mth my bike did not start, i cannot start my bike. What is wrong? The fuse is ok. I just did my wiring at republic just 2 mths ago because my bike always short curcuit whenever i full lock my handle to the left. I dun know what is wrong this time. No light whatsoever.

fuse ok. wiring ok. no light/no crank might b battery die off alrdy. chg new battery?

Hi, I just bought a 2nd hand FBE plate Super 4 Revo with a mileage of 11k++. I believed mine is the 1st batch of the Revo version as the engine casing is silver in colour.

 

So my question is: I recently heard from a mechanic that there are some water pump problems for the 1st batch of this Revo version. How true is this and any experiences from fellow riders?

There is a flower like dial big screw in between the two inner carbs below...have to bend dow to see it.right in the centre. Go to the left side of ur bike and turn it anticlockwise with ur right hand..lite bit at a time. Do it when engine is hot to get accurate rpm setting.

You can try to get at Hua Chin motor near bukit batok vicom area.. but i think they selling double of LAB's price..

Hi all, does anyone know how to replace the headlight lens?

 

The lens on my 2nd hand S4 is very yellowish so just got a new one from the net.

I have removed all the screws from the headlight but the lens still can't out.

Anyone can help?

Hi guys, I'm riding a SPEC1 and recently my bike produce a "hollow" sound while accelarating and not having a smooth accelaration. Any ideas on what could be the problem?? (FYI: Just serviced my bike about a few weeks ago)

hi, anyone encounter side stand wear off. ask ah boy they selling at $48 per side stand i feel a bit expensive.

 

any idea where can weld it back?
