Hi all, does anyone know how to replace the headlight lens?

 

The lens on my 2nd hand S4 is very yellowish so just got a new one from the net.

I have removed all the screws from the headlight but the lens still can't out.

Anyone can help?

Hi guys, I'm riding a SPEC1 and recently my bike produce a "hollow" sound while accelarating and not having a smooth accelaration. Any ideas on what could be the problem?? (FYI: Just serviced my bike about a few weeks ago)

I welded mine in jb. The bottom part broke off. He welded a brakepad to the bottom of my side stand as a relacement

Should fail oso...go install a nuber plate tail mud guard with reflector. Cost about $65 only..many has failed and done this.

[Q] My spec 3 could not start this morning. So i push start my bike, when it has started, a loud burst came from my pipe. Then it dies off again. Is it the engine or the piston jam? How much would it cost me for the repairs if its piston jam?

Could be ur spark plugs are wet somehow..or water in your spark plug holes.

Thanks man, after checking it seems that my starter coil is faulty. Have to get it replace. But the shop says need to change gasket n eo. Lucky its nt the engine.

if your mechanic put a stand below and lift your bike up to the left side you dont need to change the eo . only change coil and gasket. asking you to changing eo is earn extra for them. if you eo is about time to change than change together then

Sihan0110 is ride..u don't have to replace EO. If u got issue..u may want to use Ah Fook mototiam to change the magneto coil..but do compare price first. Btw..it could be just the rectifier faulty or just the rectifier connector burned out oso..and not the magneto coil.

Yes, it's normal. The fan is activated by a temperature sensor and will come on when temperatures reach a certain level, whether or not the bike is moving or at a standstill. Sometimes the temperature is "just nice" when you are moving because the wind/air blowing through the radiator is sufficient to cool the coolant. When the bike comes to a standstill, there isn't much wind/air blowing through the radiator. So, the fan will be turned on.

 

BTW, it doesn't matter if you are riding a Revo, Spec 1-3 or a car. That's the way radiator fans work in general.

what happen when the top block gasket break and oil start to leak(minimal)?

my 9yrs old bike is showing sign of old age. but still good to ride. 340km before reserve.
