anyway, $10 for the materials.. another abt $2 for my Super Big Glup..

should be still cheaper than $299..

plus i wouldnt cut your wires.. just use the wire tappers to tap on them..

Take out your ACCT, if it's already maxed out it's clicker adjustment. Most likely, you'll need a new cam chain. There'll be a noticeable rattle sound if your cam chain is too loose. Ticking sound is normal.

Change to a MCCT when you are changing your cam chain. A new cam chain cost ard $90 excluding labour.

thanks thanks will change it soon. i already got mine.. woot!!!

I know Ah Seng of Mayo Street is good at it. He actually does it quite fast even. Labour charge is $10.

Just go there and give him the MCCT and tell him you would like to have it fixed... and then run like hell out of his shop.

Don't ask him questions when he is working or he will bite you. After he fixes the MCCT he will probably give your bike a look over and correct anything that is not in order..eg tune your carb if it is slightly out or adjust your cable play etc... minor adjustments things.

He is like that... he just cannot stand things not done properly.

Deep down inside him... he is actually a nice guy, kind of perfectionist. He just hates people who have an attitude thats all.

Thanks Raptor,

Just fix my MCCT at Ah Seng there yesterday night.

I thought you know liao? The other night we were talking about it right?

You face must stick on the ground to see the flat screw at the bottom of the fork and then there is a "SH" emboss on the fork legs. Just turn accordingly, should be a total of 24 clicks from S to H..Netural at 12 clicks.

I just changed my fork oil to 20, the thickest and now on a netural 12 clicks, track later and i will tell you how it feels..

i rem it wasn't so ex in the past ($800+).

is it a must to change the fork spring due to the addtional weight (additional 18kg)

All suspension settings are counted out from full hard, which means you turn in the direction of hard till it stops then count out from there as you turn towards soft.

The model 75-300 is the trail tech vapor computer which had some problem with the temp sensor, so trail tech changed the temp sensors to a better one which the model is 75-301.
