Anyone doing an order for the engine casing covers?? I would like to join in too, if I may.

Saw a KTM at PG today with Michelin Pilot Power Race tyres. The rear tyre was a 150, can that fit on a DRZ??

Where can I get those tyres from and how much do they cost? I have the same tyres on my CBR1000 and they worked great at Sepang.

150 will fit your sm well.. few of the DRZSM riders are riding with Maxxis 160 profile tyres.. it fit well as well.

maybe you can try HKL? i dunno where to get tyres.

I have just change my tyres to Michelin Pilot Power Race 'soft' compound.

So now I have a pair of Dunlop Sportmax 208s which came with the bike for sale.

Less than one month on the bike and only one track session at PG. Nicely scrubbed to the edges with very little wear. Almost like new. Want to sell them off as a pair for $200. Cash and carry. Tyres are at Kallang Cycle.

Hello all,

I'm looking to buy a DRZ-SM, second hand, as I don't want to have to run it in. I've already tried to contact the people who put up ads for their bikes but I have not received any response. So if anyone would like to sell their drz, please PM me.

Cheers!

Well yes, I had intended to buy Axxis' DRZ, but someone bought it the day before i could view it. I saw the ad for the COI $300 a month, but i'm looking to pay cash for the bike and that bike still has $10800 worth of installments to go, judging by the prices the other bikes are going for, this seems a bit steep? Sorry, correct me if I'm wrong. Axxis' bike was also 10 months old. Cheers!

difference is probably in milage? i think the bike is being underpriced... although it's an SM, people are not putting the RM swingarm, Showa forks, high speed and low speed adjustments for the rear shocks, as well as the RK excel rims into considerations. the bike have less power goodies but more controls goodies.

the lack of power areas are the thinner base gaskets, cams, cdi and carb. in comparison, i feel this bike should be able to retain value as the 4-5 yr olds E models.

so being just 1 yr old and slashing away 3k or more is quite ridiculous unless the bike has clocked more than 30k milage or so.

oh another thing to note.. u get stock 310mm front disc and a bigger rear disc for the SM as compared to the S model or most of the other dirtbike converted to SM...

all these should be in considerations when comparing the DRZs in singapore.
