shoot, you are right bro.now my fairing paintwork at the sides was damaged a bit due to the brake fluid overflow at the reservor. Now its messed up dude.

Hi Guys

 

Just for my info, when I change my front brake pad, the cylinders are already compressed.

In order to push back the cylinders, do I open up the nipple so that it will be easier to pry open or just open the cover of the master pump.... of course covering up the paint works with cloths!!

 

Suggestion....please.

put back your old brake pad, insert a big spanner or screwdriver btw the old pad and push it outward. En sure to have something insert btw the other side of your cylinder.

Agree wif u bro...been sending various shop,but got stick to BHH after sending for carburettor servicing and tuning and looking for reliable shop.After all parts no problem and also TP's service ctr...(Friendly and reliable..:thumb:look for Jie Long for advice.)..Lastly price can nego...:dot:

Just checking, the BHH referred to here is the one at Deful Lane?

Sent bike to BHH for servicing, cause couldnt start despite fully charged battery, quoted me starter motor $51, excludes labour charges?

got back my bike fr BHH, their parts are ex., must be get fr HL thats why. i wldnt go there again, too out of the way and ex. parts, very pushy to chg parts to cover their high operating costs. Behaving like car agent like that, what 30pt chk, alamak. i prefer go mah motor or looi's better next time.

Thanks guys for the intro!!!!

 

It was like going down memory lane..... those days(25years back...), use to hangout at upper thomson mamak store(now very posh) with all mostly trail bike buddies. It's funny... our gang also comprises malay, indian, chinese and eurasian(that's why we are unique...rojak county!!!). Those days we trail at Ulu Tiram palm estate....man it was dynamite...got chase by the dogs...having coke inside felda...enjoying the river water....smelling durians...fun.......

 

You guys are very knowledgeable in the motorbike scene.... my time was eddie lawson, wayne gardner..freddie spencer.... now...petrol lossi..erh what pedra branca???

 

Anyway it was a wonderful evening spent!!

 

Thank you all and blessings to those going for the Cameroon trip..I mean Cameron H'land...

 

Enjoy guys, keep us posted with pics on your trip yah!!!

The traffic is smooth at Simpang Pulai and road condition is great!

 

We went up by Simpang Pulai and down by hwy 59 to Tapah......
