thx guys...i'm fine..juz bruise on knee and chest...then near the neck swollen..left hand cant stretch..get up of bed need around 5-10mins...

 

the car tat knock mi down at first quarrel wif another car on the 3rd lane..after quarrel he get up his car...then he nv signal juz swerve out..as u all noe..if the car swerve out they will go to 2nd lane..and i was at 2nd lane...so i quickly go to 1st lane...who noes...he swerve to 1st lane..try to brake..but his right tail side of the car hit my left front side...then i buang liao..more worst is i pillion my gf..lucky her elbow and ankle some bruises...

 

the accident took place along the long stretch of rd towards macritchie reservoir (sorry ah dunno how to spell)...sianz...now my bike dunno how le...

keep all ur medical and bike repair receipt and total up the amount.. make a photo copy to gif him... den depend on the number of day that u cant work and ask for a sum of money (sort of like cover ur pay).. i think shld be like that..

 

rmb to write down in B&W to comfrim that he wan to settle privately..

 

btw when ur fren free for the alarm cos i gng KL on friday..

you got write down his full ic details?? and need to draft out black and white saying he wanna settle privately ..... then go to your fav bike shop and ask them to do repair...... if not you can always claim through their insurance within 24 hrs....

 

next time if got injury call ambulance straight cause can make police report if got MC for more then 3 days...... then he cannot run liao.....

i not riding lah.. haha.. just passed by only.. skipped lunch and was very hungry.. go to the coffeeshop beside geylang united club then realised the steamboat not worth it so decided to go katong to eat instead.. that's y i couldnt remember i saw your bike at bedok at katong.. next time see surely say hi.. if no hurry sit down tcss also can.. haha. cheers.
