Seems like they r using this "dirty insurance" tricks to many... Had 2 friends who encountered the same thing.

i enquired with NTUC b4, they have no right to edit or BLANCO the insurance paper and NTUC advised the victims to write in a formal complain against the agent, which in this case, Excel.

perhaps u all would like to highlight this issue to NTUC.

Sorry bro. The rest of the guys intend to meet up at that time. Actually although you feel like kicking yourself for getting up that early for the ride you won't regret doing so afterwards. After the ride you'd still have time to yourself.

 

Show on Sunday... think I can only confirm with you once I get back. After trip usually quite tired lah. Just nice to recuperate and prepare for work the next day.

Hi guys,i be getting my m4 tomolo finally after 4mths but then gonna go broke liao coz serving NS.Anyway u guys got any good workshop tat actually charges cheaper to change time belt?Mine i up for change liao and minerva so ex can't tahan and where to get K&N air filter for monster and where's the cheapest?Think i saw a couple of recommends on the forum sometime ago but forgot liao.Can u guys help?And i've joined the Ducati_singapore Group in yahoo groups dunno if can c u guys inside and go for an outing?Anyway be grateful if u guys can help!Thanx!!

Yo Guys, saw some exotic bikes yesterday at Minerva. 998R and 748R and a well modified 999 with slipper clutch. Damn sweet.

Yr M4 need change of time belt so fast after jus gt yr bike?

Sporting motor beside minerva showroom gt sell K&N for monster,tell asking them abt yr belt too.

I feel tat minerva abt better as they r dealer and will have warranty in thier worksmanship.Abit ex,but LL,loh.

I also join the Ducati_singapore Group but find it boring.

i think the filter is for the m900. theres no standard m400 filter from k&n, thats what joe from sporting told me.

 

if u're bike is under warranty, the only solution is to go bk to minerva for the 10k interval servicing.

 

u might want to settle for other places if its not under warranty. minerva charges 20 bucks labour fee for oil changes.

 

where do u guys service yer dukes, other than minerva? we can benefit with pple with good experiences elsewhere.

ya balls, that slipper clutch.. the more i see it, the more im tempted. but its abt 1800. the titanium one retials for abt 2500 if im not wrong. so price makes it a major put off.

 

having a slipper can be difficult when moving off as u tend to slip in half clutch but i thnk i can live with that

hate the stoopid service charge for changing engine oil in Minerva. Ultra-Stoopid but I guess they compensate it back by giving my bike some free checks and batt top-up once in a blue moon. Hehe..

I went twice to change oil there but both time also gt checks on my bike.

Eugene is a nice guy.Maybe I went at a time when nt much bikes there,so he gt time to do mine.I do call first before I went down.
