was riding there and kept feeling my bike bumping up and down, until i wondered is it that my suspension suddenly spoil...

 

 

but once i exit onto normal road, bike stopped bumping around

boring rider. with a boring bike.

too old to want to appear interesting anymore.

sorry ah. off topic abit.

 

yesterday kenna camera flash at KPE. towards ECP direction.

 

i was travelling at 70kph at lane 2.

 

a suzuki swift at lane 1 travelling about 100kph. camera snapped and i saw the flash when this suzuki swift was alongside my bike.

 

like this will kenna speeding ticket together with him or not ah? anyone had similar experience?

I experienced it too with a Subaru going at about 90+km/hr while I was at around 75km/hr. Just nice when it bypass me the camera flash :sian: Till now I didnt receive any letters. *Choy, I think we are safe :cheeky:

I kena before... Letter came but it was my first so they gave me chance...

Everyday i will pass the camera @ 100km/h on my spark... Nothing happen because the meter is not Zhun wan and the bike is light... Never had a problem with the camera before.... Then that 1 unlucky day, got 1 Ah Lau drive Merc... At the camera he can overtake me eh... Stoopid sia, I tio and i am sure he tio worst den me.... wahahahaa

If your bike travelling at 80kph there will be no flash if ur bike is below 250cc 150kg.Your 135cc 80kph is just the Swift 66kph

Kpe is my favourite expressway.

 

Heat bothers me little compared to the traffic lights at upper serangoon rd & the braddell road jam at CTE

 

yea yea same here. Especially boon keng area where all the idiots jay walk

The road quality in the KPE is a disgrace. It's hard to believe a new road can be so bumpy as to make riders ill...... Best to avoid at all times

 

the road feels like a rush job

its pretty pleasant at night though... outside brrr.... cold

inside ah...warm and toasty

boring rider. with a boring bike.

Why do you think that its a disgrace? If you been to oversea, you will definately appreciate SG road ALOT!...

dont need go far, malaysia is a good compare already. but still, KPE makes me feel claustrophobic. :faint:

Cannot compare liddat 'check out the malaysian vehicle how much road tax and insurance they paying a year .All bikes below 150 cc no need to pay road tax.

 

And not all malaysian roads are crappy ,If you have been to other states ,eg.Perak ,you will know that their roads are just as well maintained as sg .

i always travel via KPE. To me, it's a better alternative compared to CTE (always jam). It is always hot and warm, wonder if LTA can do anything to improve the ventilation inside the tunnel? The only time bikers will like the tunnel is when it's raining outside and its cold outside, haha.. bcoz KPE provides the warm that bikers needs..

The rough road may be an 'incentive' to maintain the 70kph speed limit. Unless you have a Citroen with hydropneumatic suspension (bumps, potholes, humps? You don't feel a thing).

 

I love the KPE because my engine is horrendously loud in enclosed spaces. It's quite addictive :3

my bike broke down inside before.. my batt totally died! waited in there for emas so freaking hot all the cars whizzing by only made the warm wind pressing against me.. was wondering could the temp insde cause my bike batt to die? LOL just my thoughts.. oh that was a sp btw.

2 wheeled bicycle, Nsr Sp, Babyblade!

have gotta agree wholeheartedly, even during the night, the air in the KPE was very warm :(

 

Meaning you guys need to ride naked in KPE liao. :lol: hahahaha. i use it on a daily basis. So far best route to take.

i actually use kpe on purpose during cold chilly nights. so nice and warm. hahaha

 

the heat isnt really a problem. you'll get used to it if you travel regularly through the tunnel
