i saw yellow R15 rider down on AYE towards Tuas near Teben Garden Exit.

FBE plate yamaha R15, P plate rider. He was conscious but couldnt move. M fizz flip up helmet took huge impact and chin bar flown away. but it saved his face. called 999 and ambulance was there within 5 min. Hope the rider is ok..
