Generally 4-stroke bike have a better and more efficient way of disposing waste. Hence it need not have much of a maintenance.

EO change like every 1000km or more (depend on your habit). Spark plug is like half a year once (I guess?) or prob every couple round of EO+ Oil filter changes.

What you need to take note includes, coolant water, Brake fluid, spark plug, EO, oil filter. Which generally EO and oil filter need to change on a more regular basis like every 1000km or such.

 

Fuel is capped somewhat at 1L to 35 - 38KM depend how you ride it.

I get an average of 1L to 37Km thus far shortly after run-in. Giving problem comes with bike age? But R15 being R15, there is quite some gadget that is electronically controlled. So if it cocks up.. you know what I wanna say Not like carburetor bike and the like, can tune easily.

 

Special care includes talking to the bike regularly, washing it every week, lub the chain every wash/ every rain/ every 2week or less. Looking at it often and tell yourself how much you love it, sitting on the bike gently, check blind spot regularly when you ride, corner properly and not over speeding when you need not. Those special care should earn you something when you dream of your bike thanking you in return when you sleep soundly at night.

(From here you know I am darn bullshitting. HEE!)

 

And last VERY IMPORTANT thing is.

Never buy the bike and than in turn regret the price tag to some other bike. (cause I do know our bike can buy one S4. Yes.. I get that alot. But hey! It's my money and I love the "R" in the R15.)

 

Just you might like to know.

OTR of this bike is 7.8K (one of my source) excld insurance.

COE @ 1999

So you would expect your market somewhat between that price tag. CHEERS!

Yup i'm staying near limbang... Bike currently parked at limbang shopping centre.. I think I saw two r15s around yew tee area before. One entered the residential area next to yewtee cc. Is it you?

3EO change to 1 oil filter change? But someone told me about this "metal" thing for oil filter that you can just change that one and no need to change again. I myself going for my first oil filter change anyway. Kinda only 10 bucks.

Its the oil filter thing. My friend once told me about it. Not very sure in detail also..

Reliable ahr.. Hard to balance out. You would have reliable shop but hefty price tag, else cheap price tag but alot of hidden stuff. You own a bike b4?

i think ive experienced tt b4. Its e fuel pump problem.. If u dont believe u park ur bike at shaded area then wait for few hrs then u will be able to start ur bike or at nite u try to start ur bike u will be able to.

If u park ur bike under direct sunlight take care ah bro u would be able to start even if u push start..ive chged my fuel pump last 3 mths but now i think my fuel pump is giving me problems again, how i know, when u ride u will hear hissing sounds near the tank or wheels, dont where exactly..but tts e telltale sign ah for me..

I dont think its ur batt problem, when u start ur bike press ur horn, if its loud then not ur batt.. Hope this helps bro..

Ya, just changed the battery 2 months ago. So.. its not the battery problem. I think she is playing with me. When want to start at home it wont, but after reached the workshop it will.

 

They said they cant do anything and asked me go there again if cant start. This morning she wont start again but after reach office it can be start. :(
