nope. not up for inspection but since I bought this bike 2nd hand, I don't know how did the previous owner maintain it.

I would rather get it check then just trusting previous owners's words.

Bros quick question regarding r15 fairing. How much to change

A damaged fairing and any location to change?. Authorised yamaha agent can provide change of fairing?

i only change my fairings at Hong Leong Yamaha before, the more expensive parts is the tank. the rest are around $55 - $60 range.

oh! em, i did full servicing at unique motor-sports when i push my bike out the first day. pricing is expensive and waiting time is almost full day.

cannot be chain, i always wash and lube it once every two weeks or after ridding under a heavy rain. it seems to be coming from the disc rotation area.

 

maybe u can get someone to lift ur bike up supporting it on its stand and rear wheel then turn ur front to see if theres any sound.

wow JSCJL don't liddat le, later make us don't wanna change to class two bike because high maintenance fee plus replacement. heard already also sweating! hehee, i guess our more expensive part would be $500++ for tank itself.

hmm what i heard was not the disc brake.. the sound can only be heard when i am throttling... for those that are going yamaha please put time put place... i dun want something to happen to my bike.. T_T

To those who had their free services in hong leong, how long do they need for the servicing? Say maybe for change oil/filter. Just wanted to know if the free voucher is worth the wait since I've seen most of you complaining of bad service (bike got scratch after servicing) and long queue.

the servicing isn't actually free, you still got to paid for the oil and yes they will scratch your bike during servicing. my fairings gotten scratches when they fix my tank, and still loose two of my collars...

 

till now, my parts is still on shipping status!! ANGRY!!!

Did you put a deposit? Coz from what I learn from experience, they usually only order the parts if you put a deposit. lol

yes i did put deposit on the parts that i requested.

My parts are suppose to be in today, and guess what? They give me the same old reply again: "According to the spare parts dept, the collar should be arriving next week unless there’s a back order again."

 

i'm totally running low on my patience!!

Honestly I don't know why you guys go there. Sometimes I go certain bike shop, they quote me cheaper parts then what was offered to me by THEM. Source around mah.
