hi everyone .. been reading alot from this thread , n learnt a few things too . thanks for da infos guys . aniwae , i juz wanna ask a quick one . how do u boost da performance of ur bike , or somehow make it more faster legally ? my R15 is stock by da way .. havent mod anything before

Change ur air filter, exhaust, Fast throttle. 3 basic one.

Quite a numbers of way I guess.

Some on the surface stuff can be

air filter + exhaust combo, direct and IMO the most given performance boast.

Else there are things like racing CDI, big bore, high cam, iridium spark plug + cable... But of cause there are many other tweaks out thee.. fuel additive STP etc..

What pipe is that? Where to get and cost? Thanks. new to all these stuffs. I asked as Phoon mech at ubi, he said that if change away airbox, must retune dunno what. Suggest that I don't change if I don't always go high speed.

That busy of a road that bike went for heavy throttle?!

Oh gez.. I can't take competition well. My bike does like what.. 130 max? XD

 

healthe.world: Pipe brand is GPR. Stainless, carbon and titanium now. Cheapest starts at 600 onwards (stainless). Air filter wise you need to "retune" if you are serious about it and a quick google research shows that you actually can choose not to since our R15 consume like what... 150cc worth of fuel? That compared to bike with 4 piston and 1,000cc or so is a far-fetch. See this as an increased air input, does not differ to far away from our original air input amount. So, for me I can live with that.

Air box is that 2hole thing you see beneath your fuel tank when you open up your seat. It is just a piece of plastic box. You don't need to retune or what when you remove it. Just use correct sizing air filter will help

direct like being straight forward and "IMO" -> In my opinion.

Big bore = you realised your bike have a, example "47.5 x 48 etc" right? Big bore increase the size of you piston + your piston blok which up your cc size.

High cam = imagine your whole engine having a "hump" at the top. Thus increase in your piston drag and increase output.

Lol! Its an unwilling transfer. I just receive medical report to undergo second surgery for my knees. Was told it may take up to at least half a year before I can walk again.

the track session will be 80rm for 4 hours.
