Hi guys! Im super duper sway! I just down a r15 @ excel cycle today. Within 30 mins after I pay, a bloody idiot walk pass my bike ... And it dropped before my eyes!!!! My mirror & signal light broken, paintwork also got scratches. Heart damn pain haven even start riding my bike got accident .....

Ya He paid already. At first still very yaya, as if is my fault that the bike is parked there. The bike fell within split second after he brush through ... Still got the cheek to say is not his fault, he did not feel anything. Argued for 2+ hours then End up he pay 300 only the paint work was brand new somemore. Hais

you can fill the power difference. feels like no lag. anyway goes best with ur air filter changed

i stay HDB too, and i gotten sabotage twice even after making police record on the first incident; still does happened the second time. not just mine but my neighbor rides too.

georgin: what excel people say? i think you should ask for a new piece no matter what. the person who drop your bike, ask excel settle with the guy themselves.

 

1. you just pay for the bike, downpayment. means the bike have not been registered or what. it doesn't mean that bike is yours.

2. Even they tell you this is your bike. this is what you are paying for, you only just pay, not riding it out straight from the shop, the bike shop should have the responsiblilty for your bike. since is under their care.

 

unless your bike on that day, register alr, downpayment alr, they push out for you to ride away. then you really sway.. fated.

 

if excel dont want to hold any responsibility, then better don't go excel anymore. poor service.

varian: if you decide to do modification to your bike. you must first be very patient. engine modification doesn't work everytime even is the same bike model. it needs alot of time to get the engine to be stable. seems like you are interested in big bore. first you must get ready at least 2.5k i think. this is about how much i spend at least for my old R15. is confirm more.

 

1- can get TOP PERFORMANCE 180cc big bore kit, or malossi big bore kit. is for r125, but is the same engine as r15. other bore, please dont use, very easy to piston jam.

2- after you big bore, you must have something like PC5 to tune your ECU. R15 is electronic bike.

3- must change your exhaust for more air flow to get out as after big bore there will be a need for more combustion to take place.

4 -for more combustion to take place, you must change your air filter, for more air to go in. don't go for open pod, cos there is not enough air compression in the bike.

5- you can change your cam shaft also, to either high lift cam for top speed, or high speed for pick up.

6- if you still think all this not enough, you can play sprockets, keep the size original, just get racing chain and sprockets. they are damn light but wear out fast. change fast throttle also, but don't do those DIY ones.

7-if you still think not enough after 1-6, can go for your valves, throttle body, fuel injector and alot of stuff, cannot finish one.

 

hope this can help you or anyone interested. one suggestion, unless you are going to race, dont spend this kind of money. just change your exhaust and airfilter, add at PC5 in, thats all. is more than enough for daily commuting. you want faster, change bigger bike for daily commuting:)

 

and if you really decide you want to big bore, dont go to bike shops that don't have this and that.Go to one shop that you TRUST. if not you will be jumping alot of bike shop and you bike will be at a mess. personally i go racewerks only. one shop.
