I know sometimes they like to hold on to the keys of the bike! maybe cuz aft they install or smthin they just wana start and see if all is good to go. just thier procedure i think.

But I hope this is true.

My friend told me that there is no R15 around in M'sia and hence that they will hold on to your key and make a duplicated one.

So as that when they have "ghost" following back to Sillypore, they will be able to start your bike and move off. Hey, after all.. Our bike is not like S4 or those that has a chip embedded in it and prevent engine from starting.

Is it possible to make R15 able to kick start?

 

Just an hour ago, I couldn't start my engine(battery still available) Push start also cannot machiam like keep jamming(pushing at first gear getting it to move and power up but engine not started then suddenly like wheel lock stopping the whole bike from moving).. The whole bike was hot(under sunlight only). tried for like 20 mins then gave up... about 5-10mins later i wanted to give it a last try before calling the tow to come then suddenly able to start, anyone have the same experience before and know what issue is this?

Bro this is quite common.....there cud be many factors to why the bike nva start regardlessat night or in the sun.

I think i noe why ur bike "wheelock". i guess u tried starting and starting than u engaged a gear.

Some things that might help :

1) if u in sun.. move to shade...open ur petrol tank......let it air for awhile( sway bike abit)....close back....than now try...

2) engage first gear...sit on ur bike...move bike forward without holding clutch until ur bike wun move furthur.....hold front brake and shake bike( like jam brake) than now...clutch in and try start....shud be able to start la bro.

 

 

 

This above method all i learn from others and ive tried on my bike as well. it always works if ur bike is in running condition.

Do a push start? Engage 2nd gear clutch in run with the bike release clutch try crank

Thats another usual method. as long as any one method works than its good. haha

i saw one girl in r15 today....V1..she quite terror.. p-plate and its quite obvious maybe she just took out bike not more than 1month..but tinted rainbow visor!seat cowl....black r15 with pink rim stickers and some pink decals.quite fierce thou.

Dude, this can only means one thing. Your fuel pump is giving up.

Next time when you switch your ignition on, try to put your ear to the fuel tank. If you dont hear (or you can feel the tank) something running inside for some 2 sec, it means your fuel pump is not working already. This problem comes when

(what I realized)

1. Your bike is under the hot sun constantly

2. Cover your bike immediately after you stop operating your bike

3. Always go in reserve or one bar then go pump petrol

 

All these could sum up a faulty fuel pump. You see, when 150i (that same parts that was used in producing r15) first came out, 8 out of 10 bike have fuel pump problem. Hence, if your r15 is less or 1 year old already, very high chance your fuel pump is the faulty one.

Hmm... its kinda like a on off thing. I wouldnt be very very sure that it must be your fuel pump. It could also be your rectifier or battery issue.

But one symptom is that if you do not hear that mechanical sound coming on whenever you on your ignition, something is wrong with the fuel pump then.

higher watt consumes more battery. depends on you, ur battery might be ok, might not be ok. for mine not ok LOL and not LTA compliant

I think you will find V2 everywhere now. Pointless having V1 around, or that shop display V1 means you can go chop the price low low.

And.. You dont want freebies? Can ask from your shop when you buy then give me?
