let me noe when u guys going yeah? we wun be riding off road, would we? my cub dunno can take it not.

 

Started out my usual Sunday morning ride a bit late today - was drizzling and the cool weather provided me with the perfect excuse for a good sleep-in, given the hectic week at work that I had.

 

Took the ECP enroute to Bedok South to buy breakfast for my wife and little one and decided to make a detour and exit at 7A turning left instead of right at the entrance towards the Lagoon Food Centre.

The beach was empty save a few people from a 'laughter club' doing some exercises in the rain (nope, didn't photograph them as I'd have to approach them to get permission first - plus I imagine that I'd have looked rather intimidating in my FF helmet and leather jacket, had I walked towards them - mostly senior citizens)

Went down to Kranji dam this evening, took some pics (d@mn i accidentally deleted the video ride ).

hey Chewbacca...great to see you riding and photographing! thanks for the pics...very nice you know, if you approached the laughter club folks, they won't be intimidated...they'll just laugh

 

JackOhJack...cool that you went to the dam...we should go one day together...normally only on-road rides so no worries...anyway...with bikes like hayate, binelli, sp, spec4, phantom etc its tough to go off road

Just learning how to utilise my simple digital camera and wanted to share my photos and thoughts about them with everyone.

 

JackOHJack: Thanks, really liked your photographs of the shack and switch by the railway track - looks so 'outside-of-Singapore', like a scene from a somewhere foreign - and also the contemplative shot of the fisherman - very nice (was he aware of your presence?). It's amazing how there're still so many wonderful sights to capture around our tiny little island-home if we take the time to discover them!

Sorry Simon for not replying or messaging, 11pm is too late for me as i got work today, my working hours are from 0830 to 1800. if the following day is a working day for me, think the latest i can make it is 930pm. btw, is there any ride tonight? i can ride till the wee hours in the morning as i don work on weekends.

Went out on an impromptu ride last night with a few other SBF bikers. Rode to Kampung Glam, Geyland Serai and a few other places. Read about it and see the pictures in my blog.

I'll be away from home tomorrow. Hopefully can settle the transfer of my bike and my potential ride on Wednesday. Will be unavailable till Friday, due to work constraints. Hopefully will be able to test the next bike on Fri night or next week.

whoa? ybr 125? very fuel economical bike but powerless. i rode it when i was doing pizza delivery with rites pizza. reliable and fuel efficient i would say but no power, somewhat similar with ssdc's CG125...
