how to cover bike tightly so that the parking attendants wont check/catch?

u wanna escape season parking summon? do any one of the following, 1) remove your damnnn license plate and cover with bike cover. 2)turn your bike upside down and cover with bike cover. 3) put a life sized sex toy blow up doll in a riding position on your bike and cover with bike cover.

 

confirm give the parking aunty a heartattack, you will find white chalk marking in front of your bike the next morning. save season parking! sweet!

Use a small padlock there.

 

The only way to open up the bike would be to cut/tear the cover open. I don't think parking attendants would be so hardcore as to tear your cover.

 

If they do, say you had put a coupon on but they probably sabo'ed you. Your word vs their word, everything becomes ambigious. Pay the fine and go after the company or attendant to pay for a new cover, and blow up the matter on the Internet, etc etc. Say you probably overran your parking coupon time, but that still doesn't give them the rights to damage private property.
