Any non-vtec riders here looking for a Yoshi full system can pm me. Its less then 10 months old. Not sure if it can fit Vtec though.

Rat bike - A motorcycle not necessarily kept in pristine condition, often painted matt black. Minimal maintenance and mismatched parts often used.

Try LAB first..or any other that sells Honda spares like Chong Aik, Ever Success or FJT.

 

jus bought from lab the rpm meter behind cover at $18.i believe the speedo one also same price....as for the white meter part inside...if u wanna replace...got it for $35 from lab too.....other places along desker road quoted me $80 plus....hope tis helps...

 

i just went bike shop , new givi maxia 390 wahhhh 49litre kappa similar pattern 250......new 1s....

 

why dont u ride around jalan besar for a 2nd hand one like for example those 219 shops....i got my 2nd hand maxia 520 for $60 bucks inclusive of the metal baseplate....it was a real steal as the internal straps was rarely used and still in good condition barring scratches here n there....

I ride at 70km/hr only...please please dont blow2 at me or overtake me dangerously....wait i change into Incredible Hulk n dont know why my little baby bike will always be ahead of u if u do that

ah pek, recently went to jb and pump my machine. then reliased that my rpm like siao2 already. like very loose. like after rpm 8, it drops to 6 then go up again.. sometimes on idling it sets to 0! haha.. must change a new rpm cable? how much ah roughly?

 

btw, is there any side effects for not changing spark plugs for over a year? now hard to clear meter maybe due to spark plug. 1 worn out already i think.

 

if i change magneto coil at ah fook and use ur eo with x1r is it possible? wats the price again?

Sorry guys for the MIA..my oldest just passed away yesterday morning..been kind of busy and in low the spirit.

Spark plug life span is not determined by period in time but rather how they are used..that's, your riding style and type of plug used. Iridium last longer but cost ore..normal wear faster but much less and if you are the ride hard type, nickel and copper wear faster but performance wise...all spark plug are the same.

 

If one of your spark plug is not working..can tell by touching the exhaust header..it's cooler then the rest..meaning, that cyclinder combustion is not working for you.

 

As for your weird meter behaviour, it can be the meter circuit board or wiring sometime...and like you said..plug oso.

 

Go change your coil first but don't drain out the oil. After you finished..come over.:sian:

Yes I got it back but the board was in 2 pieces. Don't know what to do with it. :sian:

Hi Ben, congrats!..good choice to buy a mid range bike for Singapore road and especially S4. :thumb:

 

Your mech?..does he owns a S4? Anyway...hope he's right. Does he tells you about coolant and eo maintenance and necessary stuff to look out for?
