Anyone know hw to install forkbrace?do i need to lift up the front wheel 1st b4 install?

No need. Just assemble the clamps carefully and hand tighten all bolts (allen) and nuts first..then slowly and even;y a bit at a time do a balance tightening till all hold tight (don't over tighten. The MOST IMPORTANT is tp make sure that the holding clamps grips the highest edge area of your lower front fork.

You are having it all wrong in the first place...why fron't 120?...and 60 somemore..this is low profile. You should have use 110 and not 120 for the fron't and at 70. If u wanna go back to 150/60 for back..ur fron't stil has to be 110/60. At any rate..I don't recommended except back to what's recommended by Honda at 110/70 and 140/70. Those that are 60 are low profile tyres with softer compound and wear off real fast. Anyway..its ur choice.

AhPek,

I recently chg my rear wheel bearing. Now i realized that my rear wheel is not spinning

Continously when the wheel is off the ground. is it because of new bearings, or brake pad? Or is it

Normal? And my bike can move slowly when i play with my clutch and no throttle. Normal?

i think i'm in love with a Bol'dor.

The brake pad is touching the brake disc or chain adjustment and alignment incorrect...may be u should go back to the motoiam and asked them to ply back out the pad piston holding a bit and do a compress air blowing cleansing of the brake dust in the piston housing. It's expalin here but try not to tell them what to do exactly..just let them know that the wheel is not rotating freely.

And my bike can move slowly when i play with my clutch and no throttle. Normal?

Ur biting point may be "off"..do a readjustment. After correction still move or the bike is creeping forward..than ur clutch plates worn liao.

when your chain slack is just too much and funny chain/metal noises even after using chain lube. usually rule of thumb is to change the sprockets along with the chain as new chain and sprocket will ensure best performance. the teeth/cog will sit nicely with the chain but if its old chain-new sprocket or new chain-old sprocket, the teeth might not sit properly into the chain. same rule applies to bicycles too :)

First make sure ur chain is adjusted for right tension and slack. Next..grip (with ubdex and thumb fingers) the chain by one of its link at the end of the back sprocket and shake it left and right. If there is excessive play..rotate the wheel and check at radom the lik plates and see if there is movement among the two plates of the link. Normally should be tight and no minimum movement. Also take heal of what Slater2cool posted.

Not in particular as a fixed value for viscosity as age of bikes varies...so does the viscosity. Stick to the rules that newer bikes uses thinner viscosity and older ones much more.

As for wet clutch..this has not really a concern with relation to viscosity. One important thing though is that any additive use..make sure its does not have PTFE or MOS as it would cused clutch slipping..u can only when u have dry clutch setup. Many think that eo place a mjor role in making the clutch operate smoother..not true but partially. That said..meaning if you finds it hard to get into netrual..that has nothing to do with the eo...its ur clutch cable adjustment or ur clutch plates wearing pretty thin or ur chain tension is having way roo much slack...same for when shifting in lower gears.

As for air pressure..depends on tyre type like sports touring (harder) or soft compound (low profile like X/60). The rules is the heavier the load..the higher air pressure is needed. Take this as reference..at 80kg..front 250-260...back 270-290. If u are going low continous distance ride..after 10km or so...hot air expand...so go lower by 10 from ur usual.

Qn: is it ok to spray wd40 / seally into the fork seal area? I understand my ver s is old so fork seal might not be good now so water might go in so Im thinking spraying water repellent helps. My friend said it might dry up the seal though

Qn: is it ok to ride abit with 1 side of the fork seal leaky? mine started to leak yesterday. argh. i still need it for work currently though and i have no experience with leaky fork seal before.

Hi all jz wanna ask if spec1/2 taillight and signal lights can fit onto verS? mine using stock at the moment...and also wondering if spec1/2 rear fender (or mudguard) is the same as verS?

I jz got my ride anyway and the previous owner is a regular wit Ahpek...eo, coolant, grounding, derusting all done by him...so far no complaints on performance...nw i jz wanna accessorize a bit here and there..hehe

Understeer is when you hit the wall with the front of the car

and oversteer is when you hit the wall with the rear of the car.

Horsepower is how fast you hit the wall,

torque is how far you take the wall with you.
