Use handlebar brace or heavy balancer .

 

How bout fork brace? Wanna get one for my version s any idea where to get them? Unique have the carbon one and all other shop i went to sells the silver one only...looking for black or red colored ones..

My old spec 1 had fork brace but doesnt help with e vibration. Shop told me to solve problem will cost $$. So i just use my arms solve it. (hold on firmly)

 

When just got e bike i could free hand ride a bit so e bike will go straight after e vibration problem started, cant do tat anymore.

Hey me too!! When I first got the bike I could free hand for quite a while, but nowadays, I let go awhile only the vibration starts.. -.- I wonder wads wrong..

Likely something fork related. didnt bother to repair it as e only thing i couldnt do was free hand. Cant say whether it may lead to other issues or not but i rode with this issue for more than 4 years.

Anyway, Anyone can suggest if i should change the coolant hose, coz my current 1 is old and full of "biscuit cracks" inside. Seems like samco is a popular brand around.

 

samco coolant hose not cheap man. no point using silicone hoses for your S4 if you dont track and stuff.

True..there are many other brands that does just as good below $80. Even the original is damn good lasting u 10 yrs...as long as your radiator don't rust bekuz of tap water used in the coolant. For ur current problem..just remove some of the rust good liao and make sure the coolant u using is not premixed with tap water..use those that has lubricant and antir-rust agent in it.

juz purchase a project big 1 from shop.... should b b getting her in the nxt few days..

Yup noted on that mate....

I got the bike @ a pretty good price hence not getting much freebies than the usual service carb, EO & plug change, top rubber (gasket thingy) changed etc etc....

Well gt do or not I oso dun noe.. gt to wait for the bike to be out....

 

Will be sending her for a coolant flush , F&R Brake pads change & Front & Rear brake fluid flush 1st.... then see what else nid to be done... hopefully nt much oso ....

 

Couldn't get rack fr them as they dun have it sadly... seem like a trip dw to LAB is unavoidable...lol do i need to 'relocate' my rear signals???

 

Seem like Honda typical prob will be rectificer & coil ..lol

So usually go FJT & get cheaper or???

 

Also i need a change on my iginition, fuel & seat lock as all using diff keys...lol 3 keys to be exact...

FJT quote $300+ or anyone gt any cheaper lobang??

Hi guys, My PB1 suddenly has a niggling problem after a long distance ride. Now when i throttle there's a tak-tak-tak sound coming from the engine. I suspect it might be the Cam-chain loose or the something to do with the cams hitting metal. Anybody has had this issue before? Asking around before dismantling my bike/ Sending it to bikeshop.

It could be starter relay gt problem or the starter carbon finish...

if electric start can't start bike could be battery gone oso...

check with the gurus here.. they should be able to provide more..

 

BTW ANYONE GT PB1 OR VER S BAGSTER TANK BRA TO LET GO???

Did ur starter motor crank when u pust the "start" button..or its totally dead? Do u have a multimeter for voltage measurement?

hey thanks i found out it battery problems, the shop the battery so ex, he charged me 80 dollar, no choice.....

does anyone know if the showa rear suspension canister comes wif a cap at the bottom??? cos i saw mine capless after servicing wif david... david misplace my suspension lock screw

Bikewerkz also $65...then ard amk ave 3 caltex also got shop selling $65...these r few shops that i noe of...there r shops that charge $80 also but no nid to name them lah...$65 is considered average lah so if shop wanna chop u den $80 lor u noe kanna chop already lor...hehehe...

if so... they are so famous for chopping...

near SAFRA there gt a few bike shop or 1 onli can't rem...

location too ulu so must jack abit higher mah..lol

i heard quite numerous complaints & kana once myself...

call them for rxz batt wet yuasa.. quote $25 with install..

go dw they say nono nt tis nt tat.. i tell them wat u wan... pay more i'm fine if nt juz shut the **** up...

and mech nt proficient at all...

the cainster aka bomb is where they store the 'gas' right??

for me i dun mind paying abit more $10 more or wat (nt too much of course)...

sumtimes cheap service may nt b gd...

kana once during a tyre promo at tis ** shop in the east...

very cheap but the mech can't even install a tyre properly...

i ask him... Wrong leh nt like tat ... he see then ask ard then say pai say....

tell me 2day 1st day....lol basic knowledge leh + i riding a cub sum more...

best part spoil my rims when installing 90degree tyres valve...

aft tat no more going to the shop... except once when i go buy exhaust under installment...LL hahaha

I also change mine at shop at safra tampines, i walk to 4 diff shop to ask for batt price, got one shop selling at $65 yuasa batt, another selling at $70.. i guess next time try walking ard so u can get the cheapest price bro.. anyway, after changing batt, they shld also test to see if ur batt is charging properly also..
