Why are there skateboard wheels on the side of ur bike?

Spare tyres?

So those two levers are for front and back brake like bicycle la?

 

Yes only for scooter... and you don't have to pedal.

 

I thought so.. until I realised left is clutch and right is front brake :p

I get the same thing for helmets... Why pay $600, $900 for Shoei when you can just buy $50 helmet, both buang also die.

I told him: "Can, in Vietnam, whole family also can sit on a kup-kia. Father ride, 5 yr old stand between steering and seat, mother with baby in arms pillion. In front got basket of groceries."
