1) when my bike is picking up from 1st gear half clutch, there's a very soft but stable knocking sound and a little virbration (don reli noe hw to phrase it but jus not smooth lor)... like almost going to si chia lydat... only frm pickin up speed frm 1st gear... any reasons to tis problem?

 

2)when my bike i going very slowly, ie. approaching red light, squeezin in between car at speed 5-15km/h, when i half my clutch n abt to open throttle, there is sometimes knocking also..but this time is that it knocks frm soft to loud.. its different from the one i mention above.. it has lessen after i adjust the amount of free play of my clutch as told by my mech.. any way of totally doing away with it?

Er in my opinion, its might be that your clutch plate is wearing out soon and therefore might need to replace your clutch plate ....

 

Maybe other bikers can help to give their opinion on this or knows what the problem is :confused:

Yes u can change back to your old jetting but then your bike will not be smooth cause your mods and the old jetting doesn't match at all ....

 

If your present dyno jetting is worn out, u can either replace it with new dyno jettings or replace it with a better one like Factory Pro .... But the price for Factory Pro will be much more ex, $280 or something like that WITHOUT installation ....

ur case seems to be similar to mine, perhaps urs front spocket has worn out....

i jus change mine abt 4-5 months ago... i doubt its that problem.. :smile:

 

anyway, clutch plate worn sounds logical.. any recommandation as in where to get tis check n fix? but erm... not too ex due to budget constrain....... :giddy:
