I think its more to compete in the popular mid range street bikes over in europe since Z750 and the new FZ8 are the sellable bikes in the market.. so i guess suzuki doesn't want to be left out..

from styling point of view it looks great... the swing arm looks "cheapo" resemble the one used on Suzuki Gladius 6.

Wondering if Honda gonna join the "race" for best 750 Street fighter... OR CB1000R alone shall do the "trick"?

would definitely hope honda would produce something.. otherwise they would be competing the market with their cb600 and cb1000.. nothing in between.

Rat bike - A motorcycle not necessarily kept in pristine condition, often painted matt black. Minimal maintenance and mismatched parts often used.

CB600F and CB1000R are testimony of yet another Honda great street fighter series, but pricing still not competitive against all time favorites Yamaha Fazer. Suzuki GSR600 too as well, but even Honda introduce 750, competing against GSR and Fazer doubt the price tag attractive.

The brake caliper is a let down....At least a 4 pistons or radial....Looked so out of place with the inverted forks.

not a very "decent" swing arm wor... overall design gave me a "Fazer" feel.

Speedo meter the same as GSX-R.

Nice bike. El-cheapo looking swingarm. Looks like the designers of the bike paid too much attention to other details that they forgot about the swingarm.

Anyway, the design kinda looks like a 2009 Yamaha XJ-6.
