pick the correct trainers will be faster.

Always ride safely and defensively.

Repair body expensive and slow.

prob is for bike lessons you don't get to pick the instructors...

don't think they provide 1-1 sessions like class 3

it's usually a group and depending on your luck if it's a small group it's always better as the instructor will have more time to focus on each trainee.

i took about 4months ++ coz i was pretty farked up in my TP test... haha passed only on 3rd attempt :p

2A + 2 only 1 TP attempt :)

all the best in your lessons (to be) and ride safe :)

class 2 is only 2 lessons, then you go for assessment

after that, only then TP

no theories and all

in fact, identical to the 2A structure.

it does feel that it's a waste of time and money for 2A and then 2 as there's not a whole lot of difference other than a little heavier and a little more power (at least for school bikes)

RTT = Riding Theory Test, the only theory test for bike learners, unlike driving lessons u need BTT and Advanced Theory.

8 Theory and 8 practical you can take them in tandem.

It's not easy to pass theory lessons. They wont let you advance to the next lesson if they think you are still not capable.

I started mid Dec and now waiting for d test date on 24 Mar. Just miss d TP test date on 10 Mar as I did not complete my theory concurrently with practical lesson.

There r 7 theory & 7 practical lessons.

You have to complete d first 4 theory before u can take d RTT. I understand that those register after March this year will have to take 2 theory tests. During this time u may start on practical lesson 1 to 4. You have to show your competency in riding for each level before u move up to next lesson. Otherwise u have to repeat the same lesson.

Only after u pass your RTT, you can proceed to lesson 5 after you register for ur Provisional Driving Licence. Lesson 5 is all that you have learnt in L1 to L4 in circuit training. Lesson 6 is public road. L7 is a combination of L5 & L6. During this period u must also complete defensive theory lesson 5, 6 & 7 (no test required).

Only when you complete all d above, you are then allow to book for TP practical test date. Eg as of now, d next test date is 21 Apr.

FYI, attending theory lesson need not follow in sequence.

It more like decided for me, when I think about it. I think there's a thread for that somewhere in Chatterbox

and not forgeting that certain lessons, it is split into part 1 & 2. i think its lesson 2 and 3.

Overall I think the management/instructors have done a good job. Most of the instructors are there to help you make it through. We have to go in with an open mind to accept comments and criticisms.

3 weeks ago, i heard a trainee hit an instructor .............

SSDC

prac 4 - 6 times

prac 5 - 4 times

RTT - 2 times

TP - One shot one kill with 6 points.

Stretched over 1 1/2 years. Split in between AMK and Woodlands. Yeah, it was expensive, not to mention the lessons I booked but forgot to go.

less than $500 dollars, and a little over 3 months. But this was when you can sell your TP slot and purchase an earlier one. Now, i'd reckon it all depends on how fast you get your PDL, i would think that the wait for the TP test date would make your wait the longest.

good luck!
