Faulted for somebody's fault!

What i did previously was i drop my speed from 90km/h till eventually till 30km/h and he finally pass me. As u can see there are moron everywhere just to tail gate u but too bad i am one too .

 

Yes bro tis is wat I did I went behind a van n slow down. Til about 40 but he tailgated me. And the day tis incident hapen I juz actually bought this bike and rode it for less than 15min as I just collected tis bike for the ex owner.

120kph.. Tats fast for u to pick up to tat speed. I tink d tp aim d laser at u because he saw u going at tat speedab i guess ur bike shuld be roaring thus the attention u got from him

I tink u r rite bro.. my bike sound freakin thunderous tat day as the bike gt no muffler as the previous owner lost it and I went down to motoworld to order my muffler. I slowed down go wen he tailgated me at bedok north bt he freakin tailgating me all the way til kaki bukit. I even gv him a veri black n fk up face wen I turned behind to look.

I also tot it's 60km/h at first until I read on onemotoring. I can't find any official source saying it's 60.

 

From http://www.spf.gov.sg/abtspf/tp/tpspeedreview05.pdf it still says some are still 50.

 

Anyway the picture showing "60" is already something strange - if normal is already 60, what for the road sign?

Exactly. If you see normal road, they normally don't put. But if they put 60km/h, then it is 60km/h. The only time i see 50km/h is when you from express way wanna enter those exits.

my style, never let a tailgater pass, stay consistent in ur lane, keep a looong distance with the front vehicle. if the front brake, tap brake slowly to stop, drag ur braking distance as long as possible.

 

what that guy will do: cut ur blind spot n overtake u. that's when u have to stay ur ground n aware, let him pass if he's trying to knock u, u're a bike can squeeze anytime. after he pass, horn, i say NEVER try to overtake him or tailgate him. if he block ur way, just follow him, he'll be bored n take off.

 

edit: u want style or revenge for a tailgater, keep some small object handy, see a tailgater who's bullying u, pick up to max speed, throw the object, guess what happen next.

 

This I like...stay put slow down.... to keep safty distance....stop if neccsary , let him over take foilow him home ..then ape him

i appologize for the mislead, i had saw the news some time back that there was a review on all road, initially was like 20% then 40%, and last heard 70-80% of roads had their limit up by 10km/h. i never follow the news and tot all was at least 60km/h now.

 

since the review, most main roads r 60km/h now. if u notice, most roads were marked, even the 50km/h. 50km/h sign do appear on normal roads also, not limited to expressway exit.

 

the purpose of forums is for discussion, if wrong info is given, another ppl correct, we learn. pls dont say only correct/accurate info can be posted, that will impare ppl from posting n really defeat the purpose of SBF. like what's stated "u want to learn here or pay tution fee to uncle sammy".

u r correct. not all roads is 60km/hr, not all is 50km/hrs. to be safe dont speed at all. dont use excuses that u r late, this and that.

 

the only reply u will get from the tp is- u can appeal when u receive the summon.

Normally TP will wavied traffic offence , I went for double white lines and parking offences.

MP will help but the traffic offence depends on the traffic violations commander decision.
