Actually the diff in $ is mainly due to having ABS.

every 6k km change EO (2.6L), 12k km change transmission (0.36L) n Gear oil (0.3L). No belt to worry n FC ard 20-22km/l depending on how u ride. Tyre 4 this bike is rare pls order it at least 3 mth in adv. K3 n below model hav this bearing seal issue. Insurance n rd tax not much higher than 400cc. So far the 'xiong' part is paying the installment.

Thanks for the useful info! I'd surely keep that in mind.

The recent weather has been annoyingly wet! GRR!!!

Cant wait for it to dry out before heading to the shops to take a look at the bike in the flesh, had been reading up lotsa reviews and eyeballing the online pics.

Any gatherings coming up for the burgers?

You refering to K3 400cc. The owners' manual states 175kpa and 175kpa for solo riding, 200kpa and 280kpa for two-up.

For me I pump 190kpa front and 260kpa for rear, using Michelin Gold Standard tyres.

I think as long as don't exceed the manufacturers' stated pressure, can play around to suit your own riding style.

This is the final drive of the burger king. No belts & rollers to change here.

The belt is in another part of the bike. :D

:thumb: wah damn power, final transmission drive looks like running on helix gears. Primary transmission using short belt, therefore reduce stretching, stress over humps, life span of belt should be able to last much longer :thumb:

Anyone encountering erratic idling?

Mine starts up in the morning at abt 1.4k rpm... then slowly drops tp 1k while warming up. Then sometimes when i just leave the carpark and close throttle to go over humps the bike dies. Not a temperature issue as sometimes even at close to normal operating temps it also dies. IT only happens when i close my throttle or while idling.

Did adjust the idling about 2mths back to abt 1.3k but issit normal for it to change so fast?

Mine does that too, but not so extreme.... maybe try increasing the idling a bit more?
