Before you starts any mods. Are you preparing to sacrifice the bike FC first? 4 litres to go 100km, ok?

if your not looking to open up your engine, I suggest you just change to ngk irridium spark plug and NGK spark plug cable, and throw in a "power booster" called Unleash sold by Moto Bici (SBF advertiser) and maybe add a racing cdi for more top end (actually only a bit nia, but better than nothing).

go on a diet. less weight, higher power to weight ratio.

February 2011 - March 2012 = Phantom TA 200

March 2012 - August 2013 = Suzuki Impulse 400

Present = BMW (Bus, MRT, Walk)

there is no need to mod ur engine, just change rear sprocket to a bigger one.

eg. if u use 38 teeth, change to a 40t, 42t or 45t, play around n feel which one u like best.

ur pickup will improve n feel like got lots of power, the bigger rear sprocket the more power u got.

fc will reduce coz engine works with lighter work loads.

but ur top speed will reduce, wat this means is the bigger u use the lower top speed is.

eg. if use 38t top speed is 120kph, so when using 40t will reduce to 110kph.

bigger rear sprocket 42t will probably reduce top speed to 105kph.

biggest rear sprocket 45t will probably reduce top speed to 100kph.
