actually,i thought there was an incident juz before Amri scored that goal..TV replay got show abit..its when the Thai player, num 7 was robbed of the ball by a Spore player juz outside his penalty area..not sure who tackled him but dat Thai player muz have tot referee would blow his whistle for a foul but the whistle never came n the moment Amri teed himself for the shot,it was already too late for the Thai players to get near to block the shot..overall,a good game to watch..well done to the Thai team for displaying a good attacking game..cheers!!!

from TV,it seems dat the Thai authorities also did a good job by providing solid security for the players as well as our travelling fans..saw lots of riot police n dogs on deployment..the game was also played in good spirits thou some incidents should have warranted a red card from the referee..anyway,all went smoothly and referee did a better job than his Malaysian counterpart on wednesday..nice!!!

:cheer: Singapore has won the match .. good, keep it up.. esp to the sg stiker who shoot in the ball.. Actually, when he got the ball, he really go for it and on the way to shoot the ball into the Thai's net. I believe that the three Thai defenders are still day-dreaming , when they think there is a fierce battle over sg;s side and lose concentration liao.. hehehe...

Yeap, last nite, seen till a bit of heart attach when Thais are trying their best to strike the ball... arghh.. scary meh...

Phew.... finali Singapore players also awarded the best player of the match and the player who scored the most ball.

As for the players in the resting place kena yellow card, i believe during the match, the players cant make any remarks at the active opposite players lo... :cheeky:

think Indra was yellow carded for holding or kicking the ball away in order to waste some precious time. Anyway....

We are the KINGS of Asean again.

Congratulations guys and 'Sir' Raddy!!!

Yes, I think Raddy was quite a determining factor in the improvement of the Singapore team. He was brave enough to introduce exciting youngsters into the squad and he's reaping the results now! No point getting old, predictable players into the fray and all your opponents know how to mark them out of their game.

Next challenge for Raddy would be how to keep these exciting youngsters at bay and not let their head swell. This is common problem for top footballers and once their head swell and think they are superstars their career go down, together with the standard of the national team.
