Its about a cat whose owner found him badly abused. It really makes me very sad to see the pics. I wonder how can anyone be so sick in the head to abuse a harmless creature which is a fraction their size.

 

If I know who the abuser is, I really would take the law into my own hands (I find that sg law does not cater sufficiently with regards to the protection of animals against abuse).

lethargy, vommiting and loss of appetite are the common side effects of anaesthetics. they may take up to 2 days to recover from it. If the effects persist beyond 2 days, and they become depressed or the wound is bleeding, swelling or exude discharge, please contact your veterinarian.

 

even after sterilisation, their sperms may be active for up to 2 weeks. males are still able to impregnate female during these 2 weeks, so if u have female cats, keep them separated for the time being.

 

some of the pros are already stated above, most importantly, they reduced the chances of them getting prostate cancer and creating unwanted litters if they were to sneak out and mate with another female.

 

animals tend to put on weight after they are sterilised due to reduction in metabolism rate. so have to keep their weight in control.

erm.. on paper, a sterlised cat will be more tamed, less active right??

 

back to their usual selves, they are more active, just learnt how to jump on the sink, washing machine.. and they do ate a lot more than before.. and both of them know how to ask for food when hungry..

 

 

 

my wife found a amazing clip on cat.. tried it on my cats, and it really amazed us.. cats are pretty much a very balanced animal..
