I heard the front brake disc after some times of using it will be loose. Is it true?

My oem brake disc became loose after some time. Rivet area not holding too well

So for my case, i have no issue using any aftermarket brake disc (china/hongkong/usa etc) but since oem can fail i rather try something different.

don't fool around with your brakes. that's the only thing on your bike that will stop you.

Stock is good...Choose your weapon wisely and enjoy it...you can have all the $$$$ to mod and in the end you can't make full use of it....

I recently bought a ebc brake disc only to find out one or both side has defects. Ebc representative told that sometime, they will have this defect.

I did get a replacement sets without exchanging but i still lose money on labour cost totalling $75

Arashi has a 50/50 review if google. So one cant say its not good

but

will arashi representative back their products like ebc does?

I go with ebc as even oem round conventional rivets system fails. Trying out square rivets system n it cost a lil bit more.

i'm also thinking of changing my brake disc since it's already 17 years old. i dont think it's ever been change. no cracks or anything but getting thin.

i can order 2nd hand from japan also. but wanna see if arashi is ok.

That's what I have been told.

I don't fancy the flower pattern anyway. Will just get the round disc arashi. Hehe.

DONT USE Arashi.... I Used it once and during tracking session, the whole rear disc almost came off... The bolting part became lose and the whole disc went shaky... Scare the SHTI out of me!! Will never use ARASHI again

Some people prefer cost over quality, some likes quality rather than cost.

IMO Arashi is gd for rear brake disc. For front discs, i rather go for BRAKING or EBC, alot more costly but ur life is priceless.
