it depends on what you are looking for. race tyres have no thread to dissipate water at all. is it worse than pilot road 3? for wet road, yeah you might be right. but for dry road definitely race tyres are better.

of cause the thread patterns play a part too. that being said, i have not used both PR2 and PR3.

Hi guys, I like to know which brand more suitable for normal usage and not slippery when is wet.. Anybody can advice? And what is the price?

Having tried Sportec M5 and PR3, get either one that feels good on your wallet. I'll prefer PR3 if you ask me. $270-$340.

Maybe u guyz can consider BT016. I love it. But my all time favourite BT090. Excellent.

Just change to BT23 @ Planet for $320, wanted to get pilot R3 or M5 but no stock.. Ask for BT90, ah chong say "that one since World War 2" 😜 neway a couple of friends did recommend BT23.. So long not slippery when wet 😁

Planet charges very expensive for tyres. Go Bikewerkz or Ahboy to get it fixed.

Any one can give advice is rosso II gd for wet and dry weather and the mileage

I just change a set of Diablo Rosso 2 yesterday... The tyres seems to love corner and bend. Can feel the leaning angle auto go down more then what i am asking for.

1995 - 1996 ~ Yamaha TZR125

1996 - 1999 ~ Honda CBR400RRK Hurricane

2005 - 2006 ~ Honda TA150 Phantom

2006 - 2010 ~ Honda CB400 Super Four Vtec Spec 1

2011 - 2013 ~ Honda CB400 Super Four Vtec Spec 2

2013 - 20** ~ Ducati Monster 796 ABS + Sym GTS200

just changed m5 tyre from unique, $299 + wheel bearing $58.

 

much better in corners and straight road compared to my previous pilot power.

 

+ ebc brake pads front x 2 = $130.

 

total damage is $480.

 

bros pls stat how much you guys paid for the prodect so fellow s4-iers can compare prices tgt.

Hi sorry if I post tis in the wrong thread but can anyone enlightened me on the recommended pressure (kpa/psi) for my tyre 120 front n 150 rear...i try to look at the wordings on the tyre side wall but the writings arnt tat clear..

I recently changed my tyres to bt039, may I know the recommended pressure if the load is abt 150kg? Thanks! :)

 

bro dun mind sharing how much and where u bought ur bt39? gonna change my tyre soon n contemplating on either tat or bt45...its hard to find good tyres for verS sizes..
