Not riding too. Thought was still early so went back to sleep. Lucky not late for work though.

happy chinese new year to all riders! yesterday was caught by the traffic light net, every single traffic light kena red light. hahahha. stop, go, stop, go. bike so hot, my legs melting. plus kena occasional showers in between journeys and especially while waiting at the traffic light so close to destination and the rain sky starts peeing on you. in spite of it all, i really want to shoutout to the fellow riders who get stuck between trafflic lights like me. friendly nods while waiting and some shake of the heads at each other, laughing coz we caught in the rain together. it's times like these that make riding one of the best experiences. doesn't matter what u ride, as long as you ride with a smile on your face! cheers to the friendly riders who made my day!

TODAY while riding i saw this small scrambler riding with an extra helmet tight to his left side handlebar. personally i think this is totally not safe. the helmet took half of his front cockpit. i cannt imagine how he is able to turn.

just a few days ago , i saw a guy riding with his helmet tied to the left lower side of his rear wheel. wow. this guy is so daring. i cant imagine if the side to helmet goes into the wheel. yikesssss

Got quite a number of heroes on the roads. Saw a rider on a honda wave with shorts and a t-shirt riding fast while it was raining. Slowed down to keep far away from him.

today while riding to work on the AYE towards city, saw this sg kup rider munching away his breakfast. he overtook me and I gave him the hand sign go and concentrate on the road. he just smiled away as if he didnt care at all no respect of the road

 

spoilt my mood completely. its almost the same place where i met a few months ago some FT lorry driver was having a sip of his tea while driving. sheesh. i my self didnt have have my breakfast

 

its cases like this if these people have accident, I will not have sympathy

Today while riding to jb using tuas checkpoint. Stopped at petron. Saw this young ,beautiful girl sitting and smoking. Told her . miss, you need to stop smoking ,its dangerous here with all the fumes. Dont know if she listned or not. Afterall she was following many ducatis bikers.

Then as i ride to bukit indah riding at 80, i was followed by this idiot bus school mini.i horned him saying he was to close. He said if i want to ride leisurely, go to the beach stupid. I felt so ashamed to be of the same race.

NOPE . NOT at highways. i exited the hiway going towards bukit indah. that portion of road that is very bumpy and all kind of riders and most of times you will see durian seller. at that hiways most of the times i will ride at 110 but you will see many will surely ride more than that. but be reminded that there is section of the highway actually only has a speed limit of 90km/hr.

Today while riding the rain decided to pour down on me. Without any raincoat. Reached work drenched. And its hot and sunny few moments later. 😂😂😂

While waiting for the right turning green arrow/traffic clear stopped in the right turning pocket. There are two right turning pockets on the 1st and 2nd lane. The one on the right usually for those making u-turns.

 

Was on the 2nd lane right turning pocket. While patiently waiting suddenly a Comfort Taxi stopped on my left. I was like WTF?! Got another right turning pocket? Waved at the driver but as usual ignorance is bliss for them. It was clear to turn but had to let the taxi go first otherwise sure will have to cut into my lane and will result in a collision.

 

Sadly have no video footage. Otherwise would have submitted it. Guess its his lucky day.

i am still pondering what happens if my company closes and i am out of job. my wish to become a taxi driver is dashed often when i hear and see videos of taxi drivers like yours duo. most often we are bullied by drivers. lorry, taxi, women driver , so many. i feel like quiting riding to go work.

talking about having video footage, I'm also thinking of setting one up. Is there anything sleek available locally? Something that's just like a round tube that can be attached at the side of helmets. I don't dig those squarish go pro kind of cams on the helmet.

I believe that thought have been on everyones' minds. There is no iron rice bowl except for you know who.

 

Like you I once too had that thought of becoming a taxi driver. But maybe in a few decades more? Still prefer to ride my tiny bike though.

Seen a few before. Forgotten where exactly. Charging via usb and supports up to 32GB tf memory card. Stated that its waterproof. Card is somewhat exposed so I am not sure how that would be waterproof.

 

Comes with holders. I do not like that it has to be charged for usage. You would not know when it would just die on you due to low charge. Should at least have indicators to indicate how much power left so can gauge if it needed to be charged.

what would you suggest that's good for bike? Is it better to get those that's fixed to the bike using the bike's battery?

That will depend on what you prefer and are comfortable with. For me I would like one that I do not have to take out everytime I park the bike. I am only human so I too sometimes forget stuff.

Hmmm.... a couple of days ago while riding, I saw a pack of riders wearing the same type of shirt. When I got closer, I saw the words "Phantom West" on it, but none of them were riding a Phantom. All of them were on Kups.

Yes, it is entirely possible to earn money playing online casino games. There are a lot of people who are afraid to start playing just because there are a couple of bad ducks in the pond that make it seem like you will just get ripped off. today while riding to work at jurong town hall, this Hyundai SLT , i have seen many incredible thing but this takes the cake. the driver was holding his strofoam at the steering wheel and trying to feed himself while turning to enter AYE.

TODAY, while driving using west coast highway, saw this young woman driver BMW SLJ, using handphone texting with her hands and phone up on the steering wheel. my camera placed on the rear box can see her but not the real action. sighhhh. got camera also not so useful

Better than not having any. I think must have front and rear camera along with helmet camera. Or simply a 360 degrees camera.

THE cam is placed on top box. its vibrate abit but bec its placed on top, the view nicely capture the driver but blur. siggggh

Super heavy rain so heavy till it flooded. Oops sorry. Till it ponded.

 

Still ride safe and avoid those puddles as it may just be potholes.
