No wonder I see the thread like so wierd... How come got so many replies I didn't see before...

 

Anyway, sometimes 2b bikers like me don't mean to chase big bikes. I do that just to take a look at those beautiful bikes... Hehe. Maybe alot of them will misunderstand that we are blowing and staring at them but actually it's just to take a look at their bikes?

there seem to be this chinese grooup riding sp always hang around the wdls church and a couple of times when i riding my rxk they over take me very closely , i remember them clearly bcos one of them has a prominent chinese word on the left fairing, it has been 4 incidents where one of them would overtake me very closely on my left and not mentioning all the blowing and all.

 

ive buang 3 times and warded 4 days and i dont want another buang. i dont feel inferrior and i dont feel downgraded, im happy im not rich enough for a fast bike but why the f are they behaving like this.

i dont mind any tom **** and harry blowing at me. just do what you want, all i want is a safe distance. ive buang 3 times and warded 4 days and i dont want another buang. i dont feel inferrior and i dont feel downgraded, im happy im not rich enough for a fast bike but why the f are they behaving like this. ive seen them do these pathetic stunts to other bikers and they are always in group and even a malay dude with logo went up to me and asked if i was ok bcos apparently one incident he saw this group riding recklessly inches away from me. if want to blow, then blow lah until the cows come home, dont do a travis pastrana at the same time stare at me as if i look like Nicholas tse

 

 

im sory if i am complaining but these incidents really make my riding days numbered, each time i wanna go out late at night i'll have to worry about encountering those idiots. i overheard some bike groups ard the area also talking about these chinese grp and i dont want to be in the middle of a road rash. i encountered same incidents with other logo groups also but not to the point where they would ride so reckless right BESIDE me. all the usual blows and stunts are done at a distance and to be frank i kinda enjoy the view as long as its not BESIDE me, after the pathetic stunts, when reach traffic light all act as if nothing happened, which is okay for me but not okay when a group do stupid stunts, stare at me, almost make me lose my balance, at traffic light still stare at me, see me start bike again stare at me...sigh. everytime i start my bike i always have this fear of my bike being tampered with.

Other riders without a regard for safety will disturb you regardless of age, race or bike type, although we always sterotype certain types of bikers, like how we stereotype some car types, partly because they are over-represented in such cases.

 

You deal well with peer pressure, you'll be fine. Its ok talking or ranting about it in a forum, if it helps you to learn. It seems u worry a lot, are you sure riding is your cup of tea? Is your passion for riding strong enough to endure all the hardships that bikers will face on the road? If you can take all of this in with an open and forgiving mind, i'm sure that you'll find riding a lot more enjoyable.

AS for me...while riding I saw this lady riding the new generation vespa. Why I know its a lady. Coz the long hair came out from her Helmet la. She look very small. Maybe good lah riding Vespa coz it suits her. While riding behind...we stop at the traffic light.

 

I purposely lift my visor and look on the right. maybe if she turn I can just smile. Skali when I did that....

if u saw them again u shuld stop thm at traffic junction. u get off ur bike then u stand infront of thm then u say "oh show off ahh" to all of thm.. then u make ur move time to showboating wif ur mesmerizing ball juggling.. u ronaldinho right. so wats the big deal!!

tODAy while ridin to sch.. On cte.. 3 incidents happened, whereby one van, a car and taxi.. all 3 cut into middle lane without signalling.. and three times i got panicky and traumatised.. scary.

Its the Herd mentality. Have met this kind before when riding my DRZ on Singapore roads. Just cannot be bothered with them coz my life is too precious to be wasted, sprawled on the public roads.

 

Would really love to meet this kind of people on the tracks though, then can do some close overtaking with them too.

 

Would love to see how big is their ego really is when on the tracks alone.

unless i play with them lah (look it was a long time ago ok)... tats besides the point...

 

why do some ppl kena disturb and others dont kena....

wheneva i damn pissed with drivers i go beside they always put up their hand and say sorry...

if they horn me from behind for ridin to slow....all i got to do is turn my head.... They slow down...big bike also never disturb me before...

most of the time at traffic light they will smile...

 

there are many more incidents with other motorist, but they always seems polite..

i mean so do i lah... i also like to raise my hand to say thanks and to apologise.... I think the whole idea is to quickly raise the hand apologetically...

My younger bro also riding the same 2b bike... But he always kena disturb....

even pakcik on cbr150 also wan to race with him... not to mention other smaller sportbikes and superbikes.... who like play and blow... and of coz he retaliate with equal force...

at times i think one he sure going to kena accident if he dont stop playing tailgating....

 

 

so the question is why some kena and others dont....

anybody can answer????
