kids should always be on holidays so that parents will not clog up the roads! traffic was a breeze today though i left house close to 8am.

yeah....if only....but unfortunately we get to only enjoy this week and have to wait til June for the next chance. Dec got long hols but we will have to deal with bad weather

Hmmm I do a search on the traction control, I think it only work when throttle is applied.

 

Is it because I use the rear brake tat cos the fishtail? Next time I will try let go the clutch fully. Thanks Bro.

 

 

Basic TC kicks in when your measured rear wheel speed is at a predetermined higher speed than your front wheel. And even then, TC is meant to work under road conditions. It was not designed with crawling down a slippery ramp in mind.

 

If the surface grip is poor in the first place, TC can't help you. Perhaps not even God can help you.

Commuting in SG sucks.

I hate riding in SG nowadays. The only time I enjoy riding is touring up North.

Bro, thanks for the advice will keep it in mind.. But u go down slope using 2nd gear is it too fast ah? cos I using 1 gear engine brake is stronger..

 

Nope bro, when going down slope, i clutch in and use my front brakes oni....

 

No engine brake, no rear brake.... damn scared of fishtail already.... especially on that stupid slope, so slippery plus lots of "rings" on the flooring trappin all the rain water.

 

To me, sometimes engine brake too strong aso rear wheel will have a tendency to lock... If normal road, i not scared.... but on the slippery condo floorin, i damn scared...

I no choice ... my home is like way way east end confirm will touch some expressway. My fave is still ECP.

riding home via AYE/ECP.. lane split behind 1 lady rider.. riding a x1r, red/white edition with yoshi pipe.. FBC3273..

no la. must have a compulsory rule for kids to take school bus so parents don't drive their kids to school.

Today while riding along bukit timah rd.... got to know a phantom rider FU 6**2 D!! Fully geared up for the daily commute back home! KBC full face, Armoured jacket, Jeans and the same hiking shoe (Hi-Tec) as me!!! hahahhhaa...

 

We rode together along that stretch and along lornie rd.

no such thing about old ladies la, it all in a person's mind i believe... sometimes i ride inside the cemetery for a feel of serenity.

 

sometimes i even helped my dad cut grass and clean up the tombs inside. all the graves there are very old, all pre world war 2 graves. nothing supernatural ever encountered...

there is nothing spooky about the place. if you go in during the day, sometimes you see ppl jogging inside or walking their dogs.
