so it is acting har

need to get approval from lta before filming or nt...

without that, inconsiderate and dangerous riding is inconsiderate and dangerous riding, no matter what noble excuse reason you have for it

i dont think you need a video to show people how to ride dangerously just so that they will learn to ride safely

where's the logic? what's the point?

Its ok swift runner.... let him or her do what he or she wants.... wait till under the vehicle then will know.... :dot:

erm... i seriously think some of your riding habits and overtaking maneuvers are unsafe/reckless and gives an bad impression to other road users...

e.g: overtaking vehicles on lane 3 from the left, lane-splitting between SH and lane 3...

kindly refrain from posting such bad examples as it might influence new riders in the wrong way...

Hey dude, I noticed your siggy pic. Rearward facing bright LED. I like it.

Do you have anymore pics or details about your setup? I've been wanting to put something like that on my ass end, but with strobing.

Thanks

when I read this, first thought come to my mind is the football players who suddenly fall and grab their leg like pain like that even though the opponent player didn't touch them.

But to lunloon ... yes ... FYL. Be more careful next time.

But taxi driver DID say "I hit you ..." ... so it's his fault.

Today while riding, I almost took out a pedestrian as I was squeezing through traffic. The light was red so I wanted to squeeze to the front.. The fella was tryin to cross the road. I suddenly saw him outta of the blue, and he jumped outta the way, with his hands all up in the air. I have to admit his reactions was damn fast cos i didnt even have time to press brake.

After that I kept laughing until the next traffic light. Pedestrians that wanna J-walk should always check for bikers squeezing thru.. i always do that..

The fella one kinda gangster. Hit is hit, no matter what. Should kick him in the nuts, "Hey, I kick you a little bit only, you fall over onto my foot yourself.".

This is why I carry around private settlement forms. Ask the fella, "wanna settle privately?". "No? Ok, please wait, I think I sprained my back, cannot walk, call ambulance. In the meantime do not move vehicles, injury case, TP coming k.". Of course, only when it's clear cut case in your favour la.

Smile! Tomorrow will be worse.

today while riding home from work. went via ECP, KPE, PIE & BKE. traffic was quite smooth during the peak hour period until i reached PIE near Thomson. cars were starting to slow down b4 the flyover and had to lane-split.

while lane-splitting on lane 1.5, this Gilera runner was going quite slow, probably around 40km/h. at first i thought the rider was going slow because of wet roads. so i just stayed within the lane following behind 3 bikes (runner, phantom, spark and then me).

the runner was still around at the same speed until we were approaching BKE. i decided to lane change to lane 2.5 and i saw the runner rider change to lane 2 and suddenly swerve back to lane 1.5 for no apparent reason.

on BKE after the bend, runner rider was on lane 1 and suddenly close throttle and brake but road infront was clear. when i went past him, i saw his phone stuck in between the helmet and his ear and talking loudly. :nono: :nono:

yep, the form is basically a legal document of sorts. If you're from NTUC, you should send in the completed form so they can fight if other ppl claim against you. If you're from other insurance companies, it's ok. Still can use the form as evidence of private settlement. Just that you hang on to it instead of sending it to your coy.

If you're the one in the wrong, and settle privately, then later the fella try to claim from your insurance, they'll inform you of the claims. You then send them the form and wallah, the fella can suck thumb.

Do read the form properly as to what it entails and delete accordingly. If don't know how much to ask for on the spot, then, maybe better leave to insurance. I only use it in relatively minor bumps.

Very useful form to have. Personally used it twice.

Of course, plan is not to get into an accident, but like my encik used to say, got fores***, got foresight!

Smile! Tomorrow will be worse.

Thanks bro for the clear explanation! Will definitely keep this form in my bike just in case. Of course not using it would be the best as nobody likes being involved in accident. got fores***, got foresight! :)
