saw 1 LTA outrider pulling over a R6 along jalan besar road..

 

just before regina..

 

first thing after the officer got off his bike, out came his digital camera to snap a photo of the R6's exhaust..

 

HO SEH LIAO.. there goes his 750bucks!

Just now while stopping at a traffic light junction near bedok north al ansar mosque waiting for the green light...a cute lady who is still P-plate riding her WR 200(if i not wrong).. maybe she was intimidated by me and 2 other cb400 whose also stopping at the junction... when the light turn green.. she poped the clutch and accidentally do a little wheelie.. that gave me a shock and i bet she ten times more shocked than i do. I know it wasnt on purpose and quickly she electric start and ride off the bike..

scare of the day, heading home after work... saw this lorry turning ON his hazard lights... on the left side most of the road, (guess the driver might be stopping by) inch out and over take from his right instead. KNN, when I'm on this right side he made his right turn... jam brake (*can feel the rear wheel slightly locked) luckily manage to get out of the situation. *shake head

i hate to lanesplit but sometime i dun hv a choice bbut to lanesplit. i hate when a cub or a class 2 bike tailgate me when i lanesplit :"( its not that i'm slow or afraid but to ride cautiously. even ride cautiously may cause accident. u might not know if a motorist infront might change lane out of a sudden with or without signal. if that happens, its going to be fatal. like a fatality moves made by motorists. sounds crazy ya. but i still try to avoid this kind of situation.

 

Mate, no offence. if you cannot do lane split fast enough, with skill and with balls. You should give way to those who can do so. If you wanna ride slow, then ride behind a car. When you dont give way, you irritate the long chain of bikes behind you causing some of them to overtake one and another even more recklessly. Imo these acts posed even more danger to you. Due to the limited spaces around, you notice them overtaking you with only few cm from your bike.

 

What i always do is move my bike to right behind a car on lane 1 and let everyone move pass. When the coast is clear, i move back and do my slow lane split. Many riders will say thank you to me. Win-Win situation.

Mate, no offence. if you cannot do lane split fast enough, with skill and with balls. You should give way to those who can do so. If you wanna ride slow, then ride behind a car. When you dont give way, you irritate the long chain of bikes behind you causing some of them to overtake one and another even more recklessly. Imo these acts posed even more danger to you. Due to the limited spaces around, you notice them overtaking you with only few cm from your bike.

 

What i always do is move my bike to right behind a car on lane 1 and let everyone move pass. When the coast is clear, i move back and do my slow lane split. Many riders will say thank you to me. Win-Win situation.

Saw one spark 135 with pillion. PIE to tuas. Before CTE exit. Second lane normally slow because cars from lane 1 will want to exit to cte while those from merging lane will want to move to lane 1 to go west side.

 

1. A "COOL" bike without side mirrors. On lane 2.

2. In front got van, he change lane 2 to 1 without checking.

3. A wrx zoom past him with few meters clearance.

4. Got shock, bike wobble and attempt to move back lane 2. Probably he is worried as there might be more cars to do that.

5. While moving back to lane 2 without checking again, a class 2 behind him swerve left, slow to ride besides him, blow exhaust (sparkie wobble again) and class 2 show middle finger and sped off.

6. Sparkie no happy, blew horn and attempted to chase.

7. Oh .....May the man upstairs and downstairs didnt make any appointment with sparkie rider. today

i always do this everyday cause of my 40L side panniers...no good to hog the 1st lane when lanesplit...

 

but sometimes encounter stupiak motorist who like to ai mai ai mai and die die dont want give way

accident on ecp, benjamin sheares bridge. 2 accidents along the same stretch. jam from the cte/ecp exit on aye.

 

both accident is female drivers. not stereotyping but the fact is there.

 

damn scary la, ECP bridge there lane so small liao, still have to lanesplit, my worst kind of nightmare. think i had 2 near miss with mirrors man.

 

Don't get it la, got accident, why all the passerby like to brake and see and be CSI? cannot focus on driving straight through meh. wtf you wanna know or see orh?!

haha.. ya..ya.. same here. i did that too. i dun like to road hog, its not only me on the road ya. i did witness a rxz rider with pillion almost had an accident while lanesplit at aye going to clementi ave 6. the incident was 1 yr ago. the motorist(male driver) was in the 1st lane, last min signal to the left moving to the 2nd lane recklessly!!!! the rxz rider was alerted & managed to brake in time as i do(i was behind him anyway). my speed was 90km/h. as it happened, the rxz rider give the wtf sign to the driver with his head turn to the left without knowing he gonna hit another car in front coz he's bike turn slighty to the right as he show anger to the driver. i was thinking OMG he gonna hit!!! but the rider again with skill i guess, he steer his bike to the left & back in line. Oh great tht was crazy. if he got hit, definitely i'm gonna kiss his ass for sure :cry: frm tht onwards i hate to lanesplit but sometime dun really have the choice but to do so.

Don't worry bro, its not stereotyping, its the truth, when women say men can't multi-task, I think the finger should point to themselves, saw a car in the 2nd lane at Holland road, the driver was so slow, overtook the car, its a woman trying to adjust her earpiece.....

 

Another woman was worst when I was heading back, she was smsing and blocking the whole traffic on the road, you can tell when a car is doing something strange by the speed they are going, just wish i could whip out a camera to take the photo

At Queensway Shopping center,saw a man in a car, stop at a traffic light during rush hour, light green, car never move because man busy SMSing.

 

My friend also regularly SMSes while riding.
