After playing Soccer at Turf Club, saw fuel light came on, went to pump oil at the Shell right outside the Turf Club. After pump oil, looked up saw pump number 5 so walked towards cashier. In front of me was a middle age Chinese guy in business wear, long sleeves. When it came to my turn, I told the cashier, pump 5. She without checking, blatantly told me that it's already paid and said I was lying, claim that I should be paying for pump 6 since there's a BMW parked there and it cost 120bucks. Mind you, I was in my riding jacket, full face helmet as I never had the habit of removing them when pumping oil.

 

I took off my helmet and told her off, can't she even see that I'm in my riding gears and which idiot will drive a car wearing a riding jacket and full face helmet. At this moment, I turned and saw the business fellow drove away in his BMW. Then the cashier made a big fuss and insisted that I pay for that 120bucks. I was so pissed off that I demanded to see the supervisor. At the same time, told the cashier to allow other motorist pay first. She simply just say they can wait. So when the supervisor came, she took the case seriously and told me to pay for the pump 5 instead. By then it was about half an hour there already.

 

I jokingly told her that since that stupid business fellow paid for pump 5 then I pay for what? I could simply just ride off without having to make any payment.

 

This ain't the first time that I experienced these stupid drivers try to pay off their car petrol through our bike pump number. Bloody cheapskates. So guys, be cautious as sometimes the cashiers can be ignorant too.

Yesterday night riding home,

 

Was at traffic light, green, I start to ride.. slowly lah.. home nia..

 

right side is a blue taxi, left side is a yellow taxi, I was in the centre in lane 0.5.

 

I check mirror and see who is faster den allow that car to move..

So, I saw blue coming up, I change lane to yellow,

den blue slow down and yellow chasing up, den I change again,

yellow slow down, blue chase up,

I change one last time, yellow chase up again! Blue slow down again!!

 

WT*!! R they playing with me??!!

 

Piss off, one rev up to 10RPM, leaving the 2 taxi slowly up down up down..

*unknowingly I provoked a sports car on the extreme left lane and he chase up, ensuring that I never overtake him..

*anyway, he's not my target.. whahha!

 

Today while riding..

 

1) Turn right from minor road to main road, Main road cleared, move out, signal right, a taxi drive pass my right and jammed brake infront of me. WT*!! *we are only x CM apart..

2) Moving straight.. A car from extreme left lane(filtering into my road) (Total 4 lanes) chiong all the extreme right turn.. and caused me to brake a little bit more..

3) Moving straight at the road limit of 50km/h, since I'm not in a rush.. riding at 55km/h (already speeding hor) den 3 cars come behind.. one left, one right, one behind.. moving at est 70km/h. High beam me.. where to go sia? 3 lanes or taken!!

 

What a morning!

Is the mentality of most dumbnut motorists. high beam the vehicle in front, overtake them and slow down abruptly.

Its about Community living. I know some drivers can be asses and are great at being that but then again, we can try to make it a nicer place by not provoking them. You can call me a WUSS but I was just like you thinking I can just pull away and Im invincible. But sadly, Im not. Im sure you're not too.

Personally i would not even think of squeezing, i mean it is unsafe in itself and even if we get in an accident it can only be our own fault, but i guess thats me =p

If don't feel safe, better not to, just ignore the flashing then just give way, some of these drivers flash you even when there's a car in front and beside. For me, as long as I'm away from them, before they start tailgating me, making it a problem. Apparently if you start filtering, you're automatically a racer, can buy racing insurance everytime you go on the road.

 

Cameras on cars don't pick up 'I'm impatient' flashing it seems. Only when you're flashing because you're right then the camera does.

Had a close call when a car knowing theres a slow car ahead of me started tailgating me, to my left and right were cars and a bus, where to go?? Lol lan2 i slowed down an tried to move to the 3rd lane and let him pass,

 

Better late then never i suppose..

 

It's quite apparent to me now that my riding style has changed alot since '08, maybe a bigger bike? Maybe getting older i dont know but i'm more cautious now.. *shrugs*

o.O..but if want to let it stock.and when speed goes to roughly 140, needle about to red line, is this normal or carb setting..mine is the oldest rxz i think..FE plate..
