saturday while riding, was on my way to 2nd link via AYE to meet up with my friends for a lunch ride.

was on lane 1 when this car sped up and tailgate me

ok i can just give way since the traffic is light

signalled, check blind spot, look ahead.

The sh!tty feeling and threat of accidents is one of a kind hahah.

 

Speaking of rain, got caught in a sudden downpour in between Eunos and Tampines on the PIE, Tampines was untouched. Totally drenched, very heavy for for that small stretch only.

True. I got into a near fatal accident on such a day. Was going home and it was raining. The weird thing is the driver gave a statement that it was not raining nor was the road wet.

Same experience on the very same expressway also... The wooden block flew up coz a car ran it over... Too fast to siam and did an ebrake and it hit my tire.. Lucky never hit cowl or even me.. It will be very painful..

I ever saw a trailer clip those blocks and flung it 4ft into the air. Thank goodness no bikes nearby or else headshot... God knows what will happen. Better stay as far as possible from those things...

Seen a canvas cover flew off a lorry before. Thankfully there were no vehicles behind it be it bike or car. If car still got hope to safely stop but bike sure get 'wrapped'.

Straight road one thing, I encountered a dozen on a blind corner at SLE area and a helmet also around a corner at JB-Woodlands, opened throttle, switched lining.

Just now while riding home, saw a LTA officer stopping by the chevron markings along AYE near Buona Vista exit. Suddenly he start engine and move to my side, take a few glance, then move ahead of me, glance at the uncle then on his Red siren light! He asked the uncle move to road shoulder immediately! I guess it's his tinted visor that got him into trouble lol!

They supposedly have an agreement with the neighbouring country that they can only issue fines to the drivers and riders if they break the traffic rules and not mods. However it seems like only one side is acknowledging the agreement. No prizes for guessing correctly.

yeah theres a serious problem of heavy vehicle in 2nd lane in PIE. dont see much of this problem in other expressway. it is so difficult to squeeze thr.

because there are too many heavy vehicles on lane 2, majority of cars will start to travel on lane 1 and some will even start hogging lane.

Its now become a norm its no longer funny. Its time the authorities do something about it instead of just looking for vehicles with mods.
