For pple who are beginners like me and who wanna try out air brush spraying....u all can go centrepoint...there is a model shop at those small alleys think on 3rd or 4th floor...they sell cheap and baisc airbrush...as low as $50+0...i got mind at $58...and i got a air canister instead of compressor (too ex liao ah)

but anyway i just buy the basic set to try out and have a feel of it before i decide wanna invest on a compressor....cos that can compress my savings sia..hahhaha

and thaqt centrepoint stall is the only stall i came across so far that sell cheap air brush....but...prices of their models...er...er...slightly more ex then elsewhere

n guys.other than bugis seiyu...still got where else got sell model of bikes...at a discount price? kindly list the places out for me? thankz!~

by the way guys....wats the range of prices that you are willing to pay for a reasonable nice bike model? .... in order to help out those who wants to know wats the reasonable range and afraid of kana chop .... maybe everyone can state the range of price u all willing to pay or find it reasonable or reasonably cheap :p

i believe most of u saw those bike models on display at the hobby shop at bugis right? .... they have a very nice metallic and glossy finish...which makes pple think that it is actually made of metal...do u guys know how they came out with that kinda of effect?? i know glossy paint is involve right? but wat about the paints? do they use metallic paint ? or they just use normal paint and spray a layer of gloss over it? can anyone give me some advice on this?

u guys got paint the engine a not ah???

coz if paint the engine... also can't see coz it's being covered up my the fairing liao le

i dono also leh....i was asking whether do other modellers paint but no reply yet :weep: but anyway i believe its up to u if u wanna paint a not...cos in the end still cover up nobody see...paint for the fun of it lor....but there are some parts which u not sure will kana cover up a not..u only will know when u assemble the whole thing and by then i think quite inaccessible to paint them...so i think....paint lor~ anyway wont use up too much paint also ;)

as for the prices of the air brush...they range base on (which i believe) the components they have eg..those glass bottles or they provide more air brush tips (holes have more range of sizes) i think so...this was explain to me by the model shop in centrepoint some time back...

hahaha do modelling can be stressful and strain ur eyes..but work towards the outcome of it! that is...a sense of satisfaction after u complete the whole thing ;) be patient lor...thats all about modelling~

i gng to start on my R1 man....then i can start my '98 repsol ahhaha WoOTz! :bounce:
