when you're free go down to vicom and make payment for renewal then go for the check, then when you've found it go update it i did mine this way weeks ago..cuz my letters are all messed up can't be found for some time

But Im actually riding my bro's in law bike, coz he is overseas now, but the insurance has included my name, so my qns is: i can still get the bike inspected & rd tax renew done like wat you've mentioned with or without the presence of my bro in law too?

i can smell burnt metal when i ride long enuff. realise it came from my exhaust, the pipe seems to be melting, i can see metal dust collecting at the bottom!

 

problem comes 1-2 weeks after i went to planet to solder a small hole in my exhaust.

 

anyone scrapping their phantom? coz new one cost a bomb. heard from planet 150+ or anyone noticed any shop have 2nd hand phantom exhaust in stock?

sorry i got no camera.. cant show u. It metal Dust! Not DUST dude.. Like when u go and duplicate key im sure u can see the keymaker blow away the metal dust after he mould it right?

 

 

Its at the middle section of the the whole pipe, somewhere near my right foot peg.

Maybe they're the metallic debris/remnants from the hole drilled

i do know our bike exhaust has a small hole, i didn't really bother about that.you soldered that?

all pipes come with a small hole underneath.

Soldering that hole wasn't the smartest thing in the world to do. Other than venting purposes...I can't recall what it's meant to do but it's there for a reason.

But i checked other phantom in my carpark i didnt see any hole..

 

Anyway guys. I was just being paranoid. The burnt smell was probably due to some plastic that got stuck on my pipe, melting and thus leaving the so call 'metal dust'. So far no more smell and further mark on my pipe. haha

I just realise my road tax is expiring soon & my bike due for inspection too. The problem is i can't seems to find my renewal & inspection notice anywhere... Any idea where i can go to get the renewal & inspection notice in person?

revive this a lil..today while cruising around, when closing my throttle, my bike kept farting..pop! kinda close to 10x today..some loud some not so..forgot the reason why..too rich? needs some tuning?
