The right side is doing fine......Anyone care to help?

Is it the condensor or something?

The problem maybe the relay itself in the left signal light...beacuse there was once when my signal light sometimes blink as fast as lightning and slow like it nv blink for 5 secs.....

safety accessories?

-good helmet, i've seen flip-up helmets opened up during accidents, so i would advice not to use.

-jackets and gloves to protect urself

-jeans would be enough (but i still ride with short pants sometimes) :D

crash bar protects ur bike in case of fall, it'll take the damage and impact so your bike and mostly the petrol tank would not be touching the gound.

thy for e advise..

i'm thinkin of buyin a jacket too.. but which type shld i buy??

pure riding jacket or normal Reebok/Nike sport jacket will do??

i got a THH ff helmet.. got e sticker.. shld b good enough??

btw, install hazard light or brighter headlight shld b better rite??

i still v new to riding.. gotta license for 1yr plus.. only nw den start riding.. v rusty oh.. hope fellow PKs don mind my petty qns.. Cheers..

its wattage not voltage as mentioned by JB, if u wan a evenly distrubuted blinking effect, change all e signal bulbs...

oh u mentioned that its blinking slowly or not at all...might be a bad bulb, juz change the bugger lah...hehehe

anyway try getting a 15w bulb, blink fast and bright, but batt cant tahan if u do hazard light cuz if all e bulbs are of 15w...total 60w...

cheers!

Go as far as you can see; when you get there, you'll be able to see farther.

Bros, may i know when it's time to change the rear brake pumps?

I had mine serviced about a few months back, and now it's giving me problems again... The thing kept gripping my rear disc - and all along i thought the weird low-tone noises when i hit a hump was due to my suspension/wheel alignment, which happened to me before but got them fixed without results.

I have the best signature.

i had my rear break jam-ed before...

break calipers wont release after i step on my break.

that time... had to replace break cylinder. a* k*** says coz of dust and sands that cause the cylinder to jam.

Yas.. dont go off-road alot..

to metalfyre and others: wow I travelled only less than 6km from sch to petrol station near home and I can feel my tyre is hot..around 11am though it rained this morning, the floors dried up and my tyre got kinda warmed up already..

Posted

is there anyway to make ta150 throttle more responsive?.

any factors to take in mind or settings to tune?.

more responsive as in if you blip somewhere from a little to half, you can feel more pickup.

keeping in mind sprockets are stock.

For every 7 pounds you lose, you gain one horsepower.

Try servicing again. And when you next wash your bike, pay attention to the brake pump and calipers...wash them too. If you neglect those, the brake dust will mix with water and other gunk and jam up something. Do not use lubricants such as WD40 on these components.

That's good. Haha. :thumb:

You can change your throttle to quarter throttle, do a proper tuning etc.

Thing is, 1st one costs money, 2nd one hard to find a good mech to do a proper one.

So what i suggest is you open throttle more, drag your gears. 2 strokers are meant to be ridden that way. Who knows you drag gears and all the carbon clear..suddenly bike become more responsive.

thanks fyre, will do a search on 1/4 throttle.

anyways, yes i do drag gears all the time. but only when entering highways, not really drag on street, street perhaps drag till almost full throttle. or somewhere rpm kinda shiok and felt the pickup then chnge gear.

hmmm hot is how hot???warm hot or really hot???which i mean dat ur hands cant stand e temp for 5secs....if its e latter, ur tyre is deflated pump it up, should feel warm to touch and not unbearable to touch....

Thanks Metal.

I admit i've been neglecting getting them cleaned - because i didnt know they have to be :p

teach u a new trick, take a straw and blow at it....hehehe juz kidding, use a air gun and it shall do e trick unless for real stubborns grime or dirts, can use a brake cleaner....

cheers!

Hello people, anyone knows how much it costs for the plastic hook thingy on the front fender to hold the speed rotation cable? Will I be able to buy it at those distributors of parts at desker rd area, or workshop like planet will they have it?

1st Bike - Honda Phatom TA200

2nd Bike - Honda Pan-euro ST13

3rd Bike - Yamaha Fazer S2 600

Current Bike - Red/Black 2010 CBR600(Race Replica)or RR

u mean the rubber-ring which holds speedo-cable to front fender?

just use cable-tie to tie back. or let it hang.. wont be no harm i suppose.

bikes with aftermarket fenders dont drill holes to put that rubber ring.

they just let it loose.
