your meter must come out.... windscreen must come out. The side head panels require abit of shaking before they come out. If you really want the easiest time.... your fork also come out.

alamak~~

wasn't referring to the difficult part being removing headlight from e bike.

that one im super trained.

hahaha

what i'm not trained is after the assembly is out, i need to slowly pry open the plastic cover to gain access to the reflectors from front.

:cheeky:

anyway, im past this stage already. bought a chiong headlight from LAB just now & took out the plastic cover already. i broke a small portion of the securing clip though. superglue can fix it. :p

Ok thanks. How about idling that swings alot even though carb has been clean?

basically any thing that can cause irregular feeding of fuel & air can cause the irregular RPM.

:cheeky:

Any shops to recommend to get a lime green/ green pair of handlebar?

curious. handle bar or handle grips?

The projector lamp you took from uncle lim already?

sad

1st attempt failed.

the projector too long. it extends too much from behind the lamp assembly, the fork will hit it if i turn the handlebar fully to the left.

if not, could have gotten the setup on bike by today.

Actually there's no real need to mod lights already on the CBR150. Yesterday i was travelling in pitch darkness along trunk roads and the NSHW. After changing headlight sockets and 2 x 35W stanley bulbs. The high beam is more than enough to see the road already.

headlight is like money.

it is never enough!

kekeke.

photo2.jpgphoto1.jpg

pic 1 w/ projector lens 55W + one 25W bulb

pic 2 with dual 25W bulbs (one slightly whiter than the other)

learning point: when the wording on the lens indicate "TOP", dont attempt to rotate & mount it slightly off. it will result in a slanted "line" of light being projected out as shown in pic.

im searching few parts:

spark plug cap (the rubber abit torn)

the round shape rubber attached to the frame (donno what its called) for the left & right fairing

oversized piston

rear shock absorber

Hmm.. so what's your next step liao? possible to shorten the projector?

plan is to get longer brackets so that the projector can sit further inside the headlamp assembly.

and of course, to rotate the projector the correct way so that i don't get slanted line of light again. :p

akan datang!

1. our spark plug cap is kind of rare. gd to get back the original.

2. is this the rubber that allows the left & right side middle fairing to "clip" onto the radiator? this is rare too. probably need to place order and wait for shipment to arrive.

3. oversized piston. can forget abt getting it from authorised parts dealers. only chop shops have these.

4. can consider aftermarket rear absorbers. they definitely feel more shiok compared to stock.

:goodluck:

No. Take note that Everfit must pay GST... *mumble grumble*. But you can be assured that there has quality genuine parts. Go there flip the parts catalogue and tell him what you want.
