Hmmm....difference I feel the RPM goes up faster and smoother acceleration...when I punch in the throttle the laggy feeling is almost gone...

But maybe because I added sponge, my bike didn't seems to sound any louder than normal...

orh, ya...think i remember a reb/black CBR...anyway, i'm back home now. i just changed my front sprocket to the OME one, the after-market with one less tooth was a blast on the track...but on the roads it was a pain to ride.RPM constantly too high for my liking, increased fuel comsumption...etc etc. SIgh.

But now having ridden the original sprocket back home, i miss the violent acceleration of the aftermarket one! how like that??

guys, hi

i was a bit inactive for two months as was travelling extenisvely... I am a happy (extermely) owner of cbr600 rr 7... as I am quite new to singapore I wonder wheter you could help me

As far as PG is concerned, how easarly do they start on weekends, and how packed those morning sessions are?

In Singapore: where can one go for a good ride, dont mean speed here - i am a corenering freak.

In Spore: if one wanted to practice some breaking etc, any good car park/ flat surfaced area you can recommend

thanks so much

yeah bro...where r u from? u're not a singaporean???

in SG there's no plc u can play corners legally. and to practice yr braking??? hmmmm......y wd u wanna do dat? maybe everytime red traffic light u can practise do hard braking. how's dat?

for PG....go to this website johorcircuit.com.my to check their track availability for public riders to train. the crowds are usually more on weekends compared to weekdays. usually every month they have dis TRACK DAY where u pay RM80 and play for 3hours.

in dis forum.......u can go to TRACK session, under 2008 PG thread. u can jus post if anyone going track someday and u can jus join in. or u plan and post to ask if anyone want to go for a track session.

Hi there bro, i remember calling u up askin if u were free to join our outing on a particular nite... Yeah, i remember u dun sound local...

Well, if u are asking for a good ride, what i really can suggest u is, on a weekday nite maybe around 2am (Mon-Thurs), u could tour maybe from the end of AYE to Changi Airport, there will be very less traffic and u can enjoy cool wind blowing at u...

As for cornering, there ARE some good corners for u to "play", but its illegal here to "play" in Singapore, so i shall not tell u the locations... :cheeky:

1 more thing, in Singapore, we dun have places to really practice hard breaking... There isn't any place that u can do that... If u think u really need to acquire such skills, than i would suggest u to sign up for the defensive riding course wif the driving center...

As for PG, i have no knowledge of that, coz i dun track... U could get more info from the hardcore trackers here... :thumb:

Bro, dun worry, fuel consumption is considered quite good... As for the graffiti design, Enfant has given u the ans... :thumb:

CBR600 will drive you nuts!

Route taken from work to home.

Before getting CBR600: Bedok South -----> Bedok North

After getting CBR600: Bedok South -----> ECP -----> TPE -----> Tampines Ave 10 -----> Bedok North

OK, I admit, I'm crazy....
