For problem of shortage of food, apart from paying an amount for the chalet & initial food supply, i would suggest that this chalet/bbq could be done in a potluck concept also. which means that everyone who comes should also bring along some food/beverages for example potato chips, beer/liquor, etc. this way, in case there is a shortage of food, food brought along by the indiviual could be traded or shared around among the fellow participants.

As mentioned earlier by Refugee & ping86, we can organise a pylons "S" course, or low plank balancing game if we have da space to do dat, treasure hunt, photo taking, or maybe assembling of da rear tyre? Juz my suggestion.
