COE is becoming unaffordable day by day. The doom will be when most COE are up and have to renew COE at this price

 

Believe me, still very affordable. Just look at the number of people buying new bike every month.

malayias have natural resources.

sinkapore have none, depended on it's population as human resources (slaves).

Singapore depended on its only natural resources, its people which the gahmen threw away.

 

FTs are like a debt as well, most of them will run away if cost of living gets too high, Singaporeans bopian must become foreigners, in the end Singapore will just empty itself out and revert back to third world status.

I enjoyed the video on Debt Explained.... It actually explain the 'pros of having debt', I've always been working with the objective of clearing my debt as soon as possible.

And I think it kind of explain why we have COE.... so the motorist acquire a debt when they buy a vehicle (by borrowing from bank or motorcycle shop, aka lender), work to pay off in X number of years, lender make money. Finally pay off debt but COE due again, motorist borrow again to buy extend COE (or new vehicle), lender make money again. And repeat all over again.

 

The economy needs debt to grow... Am I getting this right?

 

No wonder our government subsides home is only 99 years, almost every generation is in debt to pay off their home.

Bike COE at 6312 as at 4.18pm 8th April, I sometimes wonder if the people who set the quota for COE actually read worldwide news about researches done about how motorcycles can help in easing traffic jams, or maybe they just cannot accept certain types of reality that goes against their personal beliefs that stems out from their brilliantly obstinate minds.
