well... I "married" my bike on valentines day, but I could only collect on 16th thanks to weekend cannot process insurance

 

change the defective parts before modding!!!wats the point of a bling bling bike but engine is **** or handling has prob...with a handling prob are u able to ride ur bike safely to show off???

 

pls for goodness sake, maintain ur ride to a safe machine before modding....pointless to showcase a modded bike in TP Ubi warehouse, where accident bikes are stored...

 

Sorry if i sound crude but i feel that u should channel ur limited financial ability into where it needs...

actually it has no problems on normal riding... I'm just commenting on how it would wobble if I let go of my hands...

Vidak, if chong said it is the steering cone then should be it. 2 years back I change it for $80. Like my PM to you. If you plan to upgrade in the near future, then dont spend too much on accessories. Never say you dont think of upgrading. I said the same thing but when a nice bike comes your way, then you will be itching to upgrade. Especially when you go out with others on bigger bikes, they zoom pass you. You will be very "Pek Chek". Can ask Snapel, think he also share this sentimental.

the thin rubber.. one side cracked open n another alrdy dropped out..

Vidak: handle wobble could also due to rear weight. The more weight is added behind, the more light is the handle, thus when on the move, it'll wobbles.

But because yr's a few years old bike, so wear & tear also have to tk into account.

Best is go rectify all those problematic symptoms BEFORE continue to mod.

 

We dont mk the bike bling over night, it takes step by step to reach what kind of dream ride we wanted...

Like the rest had mentions, fixed all the important parts first. Mod, later. Also have in mind what you want the bike to look like first. Then you wont waste $$ on unneccessary parts.

I just pulled mine out.. never regretted it. I know your sentiments though

oh yea.. check with you guys... sometimes i got problem starting my ta200.. as in when i hit the red buttom on the right to turn on the engine, Seems that the plug is not connected like that.. no sound of engine starting at all.. need to take off the keys and try turning on again.

it's on neutral gear already.. and when i hit the red buttom to start engine, the usual starting of engine cycle does not work...

 

could it really be the switch as stated? cause if this happens, i have to turn off the switch and try again... wonder what's the cause.

Jtzx, gave u the bike in good condition and i never experienced it b4. Mebbe u would liek to meet me at pasir panjang and let me see it first. No need go shop and let the "carrot" u. Is the red engine switch at "On" position? Gears be at neutral, clutch in and bike should be able to start.

erm... engine is on. gears is at neutral.. But this happens like once in a blue moon only... so far experience it twice already. maybe i see how it goes in a days time first?

yup red button(what u call that) started button? nop.. randomly.. maybe after parking to get things from a nearby shop. gotta proble starting engine again.. as in when i hit the button , the sound of starting of engine is not there..

ooh cheap chap....comes in different colors too...if u dun put the rubber lining, it'll cause slight scratches to ur fuel tank paint....

 

btw u using wat to spray???inverted air pot spray??or normal spray pot???u have any primer also???

i'm new to spraying myself.
