but got sms from my beloved that she's not feeling well, and wanted me to be home early..something that i couldnt resist.. :D

The site is very very slow and hence I didn't bother to read/post here for the time being. And that doesn't means I am busy.

No matter how tight/busy it is, a weekend will not end with a good ol ride on a Friday night.

 

Do let me know if you wanna come out for a ride on a Fri night.

I love the responsibility of riding smartly.

I love riding alone on a motorcycle.

I love riding in groups.

I love how motorcycles make me feel the hero I'm not.

GP Esso is actually quite easy to find:

a) ride along AYE heading towards Tuas, till very end is Tuas checkpoint

b) go through Singapore immigration, need cash card to pay toll $0.60

c) ride over the 2nd link bridge and straight to Malaysian immigration - Sultan Abu Bakar checkpoint... about 5km from Tuas checkpoint

d) keep left, go through Malaysian custom, get your passport stamped (get your "white card" ready before arrival)

e) ride forward for about 800m to Tg Kupang Toll Plaza, keep left, pay toll of RM1.30

f) ride forward for another 500m and exit left at the 1st Rest & Service area (think its the 2nd exit on left), Esso Gelang Patah is there. lookout for the signboards showing logo of petrol stations, restaurants, toilets, etc.

 

NOTE!

DO NOT follow the bikes that ride straight through the immigration complexes, regardless whether Singaporean or Malaysian number plates.

Things to get ready:

a) passport & "white card"

b) cash card with at least enough for 2 x $0.60 for toll

c) Malaysian ringgit & exact change for 2 x RM1.30 if possible

d) Malaysian ringgit for makan & top up petrol

e) your bike... and sufficient petrol to last till GP ESSO

f) YOURSELF

I didn't post here cause the board was kinda laggy and I got real pissed off when posting or reading it. But anyway, I will ride there 99.99% unless the weather is bad which is very unlikely for every Fri.

 

Wud you like to come along this Fri 2nd Nov.

My usual meetup place is West Coast Mac. 10:30pm tyre roll off and my timing is sharp!!!

Don't get upset if you find out that there isn't actually any phantoms bike. Heh heh heh

 

I'll post the schedule later after my dinner and shower.. pretty hot day after a ride with our neighbour madman.

Ya, I agree. But currently, my usual Fri/Wkend night ride, is/will be from my sch(NP), slowly, gliding, back to my house whilst enjoying the traffic whizz by & the night breeze... Better than nothing... :dot:

Unless there's no lesson, & can able to settle my family over my inlaws, if not, it'll be like that till nxt yr Feb... :faint:

Haaa!!....just collected the bike from Imotoring......damn!..clanking sound bangs out @ 6th gear....Guys I have read about this problem with Phantom on other threads and am bringing the bike to mr 'Thunder'. I had the sprockets and chain changed when I bought the bike from them. Hopefully he resolves it by the day.
