Traded in my NSR SP for the Super 4.

Got this weird sense of loss and sadness. :(

It was my first bike and it took me to many, many places.

So much joy for those 2 years.

Thanks for the rides, NSR.

Once, I saw this rider kissing her RXZ when she sold it.

It's like, "what?" when I saw it.

Now I know.

I'm not signing in here for that purpose (I ride an SP btw) but I know how you feel...

I feel that class 2B bikes are very asthetic and unique...looks and performance (2 stroker). The NSR matches that.

2A bikes...not many unique ones...(sigh)

Therefore, it'll be a couple of months till I can get my Class 2, plus a unique bike to go with it.

Enjoy your Super4!

Rest in peace first bike... fs4756

I'm a cantankerous lugubrious weirdo. Enraptured by stone walls. Demented by love. Disparaged by my own soul. Besieged by languor. Suffered from acute distress triggered by terminal boredom and elucidation of rhodonderons and deciduous seedlings. Searched for serenity amidst the chaos but failed miserably.

I remembered drooling at your sleek silver bodywork when i was at the bike shop on 24th Feb 2004. i tried to mount you and start your engine whilst standing up but failed on the first 2 tries. finally, your whole body is vibrating with exciting and enery and i let my friend mount you from behind.(yes, its my first time on you and i should be enjoying it all by myself but he is my buddy and we should share this kinda things right?) then we made our way off your previous residence where you're stuck in a corner where no one pays attention to you. but i know you're pretty thirst after being left alone for so long and you can take it no more and collapsed right in the middle of a traffic junction. had to push you to the nearest gas station and give you a full tank before proceeding home and have fun with you more.

went to shop to buy 4D but it was pouring heavily on the E-way but you quietly took me and my bud to the 4D shop. after that, think you're too cold and cannot start so had to spend more time arousing you to warm you up again. Ever since, you've been a great buddy, never giving me problems, taking me thru and forth from SG to Msia and back and many other wonderful places in singapore. on the 24th June 2005, i had to sell you off to make way for a older and more mature bike, but you're always the first in my heart, you lost your first time to me, and i lost mine to you.

FX7414X HugoBoss KRR, hows patrick treating you?

got no friend riding at the time so can say 99% of what i know about bike is thru her. the first ride is always the most exciting one. can still remember i stick at neutral gear after pumping petrol on the first day, when i start, moving off very slow and always hang, then push to nearby shop and ask the uncle check for me and when he found out the bike is at 2nd gear, he gave me that 'wah lan eh, you think i look very free' kinda look~

Nothing to lose.

quite strangely.. i dun miss my old bike at all.. perhaps 2 stroke was neber my forte.. noisy, vibrations, smelly but poweful for small capacity bike la :giddy: i ever got a chance to ride the same bike (silver kawasaki krr) when a fren of mine wanted me to help him test try this bike he was interested in.. i was totally amazed at the power delivery.. it SUCKED~~! hahaha.. maybe i'm too used to a 4 stroke now..

my 1st experience wif my bike.. BEST.. rode her out on the very 1st day i got her.. at night went to meet up wif my frens at orchard (bikers too).. they were there oredi so when i was near i called to see whr they were.. then started my bike and off i went..

at the junction of hereen and cineleisure.. i was at the right lane.. near the hotel.. my bike juz died.. i was like 'wtf?!'.. try my best to kick her to life.. totally dead.. the most embarassin thing was there were SO MANY PPL there.. wa liao.. lookin at me kickin.. probably luffin in their head at dis free stand up comedy show.. one even told me my carbs might be choked..

then juz nice my frens ran across the junction to join me.. they try to kick.. nothin works.. then one said.. ur fuel tap on anot ? WAH LIAO EH~~~! damn c*** right.. hahahaha~ turns out i forgot to switch my fuel tap back on when i stopped to called my frens..

When I took the Super 4 for the 1st ride, I was like "whoohoo!!!!" That's real riding!!!

I was thinking, I will forget the NSR instantly given the power the Super 4 is giving.

But when I got home and look at the pics on my camera taken the day I traded in the NSR, all those memories came flooding back. I realise It's not how fast the bike can go.

It's the memories that comes with it.

My SP is not very fast,u can say it's underpowered esp with pillion but it took me to alot of places I've never been.

To my SP "Transformer":

Thanks for the memories.

Goodbye NSR, I hope your next owner will take good care of you.

You are much more a machine to me.

Although I owned a few bikes before, the one which I missed most is my TZR. Most happy when I'm with her. If not for financial reasons, I'll DEFINATELY not sell her away..... wonder if it's scrapped liao already
