i dun tink i'll fix a volt meter. but i'm still trying to find a good tyre to replace the f**k up duro... any suggestions... no peace of mind during the raining seasons...

i change it when i buy my bike at ban hon at amk industrial park2, price wise i think abit on the high side, i paid 170 for the tyres, i think u can call them to see if they have the tyre, last time i need to wait for 1 day for them to bring in the tyre.

pick up abit slow, depends on how u ride, my FC is about 40km/l, max speed i went is about 95

 

its a econ transport bike, dont expect too much power, easily maintain and gd FC,

ride height is still d same.

bridgestone tyres have slightly better wet grip,

michelin has gd lean angle n bike lines.

will not consider other brands other than d ones mentioned above.

 

so sad. nobody interested in cruising ur north.

hmmm I've done Malacca before when I first got the bike, have to tell you its quite tiring for the rider to go at our bike's cruising speed (100km/h), probably need more breaks. I don't mind going again if we have 3 or more riders though. Cheers

i have side bags instead. 27 litres each.

asked ard 4 side box. but got put off

by d price. better ones would set u

off by 500. thou u can get it 4 ard

150-200 at lab. my bags only costs

80 bucks. think those metal side boxes

on AT/GS look ultra cool. will buy if there's

a gd 2nd one comes along.

my number is 91443996. i tink more ppl will feel safer as wat my frend told mi abt the msia highway. he was riding cbr900 and was chase by msia kup kia at 120kmh.

Better to go in late Oct or early Nov (to avoid the school holidays).

 

Malacca is too small for 3 days 2 nights lah, gets boring on the second day.

 

What we can do is:

Day 1: Reach Malacca, shop around and go pasar malam at night (Saturdays only)

Day 2: On the way back to Singapore, go to the Gunung Ledang (Mount Ophir) waterfall (shiok!) . Then go JB for seafood dinner, can come back liao haha

I just got the bike from my uncle. Looks like it is not very popular bike on the road. I haven't been riding for 1.5 years and the feeling of the bike somehow feel shaky at 90kmh on BKE. Any advice?

 

Btw, how much would the insurance cost? my uncle is 50 years old and i'm 27 sub rider.

 

How about road tax? it going to expire in 1 month.
