"Oldbird" always go weekend track sessions one. You can catch them for get some experience.

hello all r6 riders i am wondering where to buy this 2 kind of exhaust in sinapore. are they street or non street ? is only the end can or is a full system? is it possible to fit those cool exhaust's end can onto stock header?

i love those cool exhaust but i know nuts about them. :cheeky: hope to learn some thing from u guys thanks :angel: 1st>>>>

1st - akra megaphone - slip on - can find is sg/dun tink its legal

2nd - racefit slashcut - slip on - cant find is sg/not legal

 

both slip on so as to mean can fit on stock header, but noise level wld not be so high if compared to full system cos of e cat box.

beware guys... !!!! plz handlelock youre bike even u leave it for one minute at jb..especially money changer there...my fren just saw a super 4 been hijacked in less than a minute at the popular money changer....the guy just jump onto the bike put a key then ride off..hmm..still wondering if they got a master key..btw tats a spec 1..becareful guys....happen bout 11pm todae...

4 strokes is not easy but possible. u always maintain high speed? i knew a r1 engine gone due to it. maybe yamaha engine not durable?

u need to remove the catalyzer too if u wanna feel the power..:thumb:

i maintain 4-5k rpm, tat amounting to 120km/hr on expressways. I don't think it will do tat amount of damage. Maybe i have not been on the highways in Malaysia for carbon clearing sessions.

other possible causes :

 

1. piston rings faulty/worn

2. cylinder valves worn/faulty

3. cam lobe super worn

4. injectors (that cylinder) got prob

 

Sounds like the EO could have cause the prb for the engine failure. Could the injectors which u hv mentioned be spolit tat easily?o_O

Those I mentioned are just possibilities. I dunno your age of bike, previous handling by prev owner (if its 2nd hand) etc. Injectors generally don't spoil that easily.

 

But if put into consideration of QC standards of 0.1% NC parts (well motorola is a 6 sigma company.. also got product NC), 1 is enough to be that 0.1% in a components manufactured worldwide in millions.

 

I am not zooming to injectors, just keep in mind there are possibilities in the 3 main contents that is required to promote combustion. Next will be those moving parts.
