not much i can sae abt the r6...never really push the limits yet, onli been riding it for 4 days...the bike is really light...very responsive and nimble i can sae...but it gets hot very fast even if u r riding at 100-110 u can still feel the heat...gotta get use to it...anitnk dat i shld noe about diz bike??

i notice my bike always get heated up very fast on the left groin area after travelling for sometime.. any bro here encounter this before?? its gets really hot .. causing my groin to have a red patch.. -_-...

reserve can last 45-50km. change the coolant to Engine Ice. normal temp, should be around 85-94deg celcius. still deapands on the weather on the day.. buzzing is normal..

the air hot air will escape from the left side of the fairing, thus your left groin will feel the heat.

My bike has been sitting in the garage for almost 3 months. The bike has been started regularly although no one is riding it. Recently, the bike just couldnt start. I wondering if the battery has died or the battery is spoilt.

 

I'm riding a 2005 r6. Does anyone know of a good battery to change to?

Its one of the alternative. Flush the stock and fill in.

3)HL yamaha allow full payment or only installment to the price they listed?

 

4)how much insurance does u all pay ? age 22 insurance @ 1.5-1.8k for tpft is norm or too high?

machine should be arnd 16-18k plus minus

$0 downpayment not possible la bro.. they suck your interest.. lol best still with high downpayment.. save up first, dont rush.. down payment of min 50% is advisable.. but it still depands on each individuals. how much per month and for how long the instalment is. you wanna consider fuel, parking,installment,nxt year insrance and mod(after market parts) into your calculus.

bro logically sponge does not play apart in generating/reducing the heat. if you are talking about ventilation, probably. change the coolant first, see the diff before removing the sponge.

1) wont be out this year.. R6 2008 first release was in mid Jan 2008.. the diff between 09 is just colour scheme. interior still the same.

2) most shop get from HL. Parallel does not have warranty from HL and if got recall.. ooops sorry.

3) you gotta check with them(HL). eg, if local shop selling at $20k, HL will be selling at higher price.. fyi.

4) for my case tpft @ 21 yr, its $1.3k. $1.5k is too high la bro..
